Working at Proxi Gas Station has been a valuable and eye-opening experience for me. The job helped me develop strong customer service skills, as interacting with customers is a daily responsibility. I learned how to handle transactions efficiently, manage cash, and stay organized during busy hours. The work environment is fast-paced, which taught me how to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively, especially during peak times or late-night shifts.

The management at Proxi is supportive and provides clear instructions, making it easier to understand expectations and responsibilities. Coworkers are generally helpful and cooperative, which creates a team-oriented atmosphere. This made it easier to adjust to the job and feel comfortable asking questions when needed.

This is a company that cares about their people. They purchased our company as a group of sites and had the chance to make any changes at all but they chose to prioritize their staff in every situation. Encouragement and support from the CEO all the way to the site managers. If you’re looking for a healthy work environment this is the company for you.

This location had some of the best co workers and the best manager I’ve ever worked with. This place has given me so many memories, life lessons, and Friends I will cherish forever. I will admit there’s days it was tough dealing with certain customers and sometimes it would be insanely busy but it taught me how to deal with those situations and also gave me strength I thought I never had. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Everything . The people , the support , teamwork and respect 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to service emergency services at the last minute

This is the worst management I have encountered during my time working in Canada. Extremely toxic. I am happy to have resigned from this job. Good luck to whoever will work here now.

Great people, great understanding, and just overall not bad for what it is. It is a bit sketchy to work alone in the late evenings there, but there is precautions taken.
