I loved working for this company. The staff and workplace atmosphere were very welcoming and friendly.
I had no issues while working here until I mentioned to HR that my mental health was declining. A week later I was fired without cause 2 days before my probation was done and Also 1 week before Christmas.
I did my job, I worked hard and I got shafted and kicked when I was already down. 
I feel completely broken and empty as their was no support or even sympathy. 
I’m deeply hurt by this entire experience and I wish I could say I was proud.  

As far as outstanding employers go, Harrison Pensa is exceptional.  There is a reason the employees voted the firm as the best place to work in London.  There is thought put forth to their employees.  The gym and wellness network is a major asset for a working momma like me and I find it easy to communicate with staff, management and supervisors!  I truly feel like my hard work is appreciated and in turn that just makes me want to work harder for my team.  It’s been such a treat to find employment that offers the kind balance I need!

The staff was the best part of working at Harrison Pensa. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lawyers expect way too much for little pay. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Indifferent, each lawyer dictates their own culture at the company. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy and stressful with little pay.

The balance of hard work and fun is perfect at HP.  As an assistant, there is nowhere to go beyond a senior level assistant, but that is true at any law firm.  The lawyers generally treat the staff well and there are many social events to balance the very hectic and busy workday.  I loved the gym in the basement and having a personal trainer.

Harrison Pensa (HP) truly is a wonderful place to work.  Feels like a family and everyone works like a TEAM.

Work/Life balance is easy at HP!

The Management team at HP are great.  The team is always looking for ways to keep HP positive and fun while ensuring the work gets done.

They treat their staff terribly and underpay. Too many stress leaves and very poor management. Supervisor s have no idea how to do their jobs. Very poor moral. I would not recommend

Was a very positive and wonderful place to work. Learned more advanced admin skills including working in the IRS Department. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. HR was very supportive.  I highly recommend :)

I have never seen a work culture as positive and supportinve as at Harrison Pensa LLP.  The staff all work together no mattter what division of the company they are with.  The raining is incredible.  The opportuninty for advancement is amaizing.

There is no training and no assistance. You are on your own and have to figure it out. But you need to get the correct answer the first time. When I asked a question I got told the information is there but no guidance as to where to find the information. 

I love working at HP, each day presents a new challenge and learning something new. I feel respected, valued and engaged. Management works hard to plan fun events for the Firm and I am happy I made the choice to join HP.
