The environment is fast-paced and at times challenging due to the nature of the business, but it is wonderful to be part of a team that works together and supports one another.  It's satisfying to know that we are working together to help people improve their health and wellness and quality of life.  Executive is open and addresses concerns.  The culture is one that is based on positivity and communication.  No job is ever "perfect" but this is one where they at least try.  It is not always easy work, but it is definitely rewarding.  The team here has a lot of long-term employees and that definitely says something! 

The Product Genesis/IMG doctors (educators)/Front desk are excellent personalities. 

The prescribing doctors don't care. They don't do much other than renew prescriptions. All they want is money. The employees can ran around for them but they won't offer as little as a free coffee. Greedy gutted people. They give doctors a bad name. Small heartened individuals.

NO BREAKS OR LUNCHES. "Grab a bite to eat in between patients."

No room to move up. 

Managers like to chant how much work when they hardly do anything.

If management does not think you making the clinic enough money they will literally give you 4 hours/week of work or send you home after your shift has started.

Employees are not valued or respected. Slightly above minimum wage for a lot of responsibility. They consistently reduce hours (even skimp some, so you have to keep track of them yourself) and shifts are all over the place. There are health benefits and staff discounts, which is nice, but there's no room to grow. Management is disorganized and there's a lack of communication, and yet they like to micromanage you. Stressful environment. Lots of gossip. People don't stay long here for a reason. The bottom dollar is the most important thing to this company. Would not recommend working here. 

Honestly surprised the College of Physicians and Surgeons hasn't shut them down yet, so many illegal practices at this company. The turnover rate is insane, losing over 40 employees just within the last year alone. Also their job postings give a salary range but don't expect any form of raise unless you've been there well over a year and even then sometimes they still refuse to pay you more then 15-16$/ hour while still being expected to keep up on the cannabis industry in your spare time and be personally responsible for sending important medical documents.

Harvest Medicine is an excellent place to work with an amazing team that is always there for guidance and support. Managers and experienced team members are always there for support and to help you grow. This is an exciting industry to be part of, working in a positive atmosphere. I always feel satisfied after my shift, knowing I was part of a positive team that is able to provide hope and relief to our patients. 

managers need to treat everyone fairly and equally. working here is very mundane, no body talks to each other for some reason. when you work hard you are instead critiqued very hard instead of getting positive reinforcement. the most enjoyable part of the job is counting down the last hour of your shift. they say they're here to help patients but it is obvious they are another clinic only in the cannabis industry to make lots of money.

I've never worked in an environment with so many positive and enthusiastic colleagues. Overall, the work environment has been very supportive. Like most companies in the cannabis industry, there have been many changes over the years however, one thing that has remained constant is how passionately everyone works to help patients receive the cannabis care they need. 

During my time at Harvest Medicine, I had fun learning about natural medicine, advancing my skills, and spending time with my team. I am so grateful for how supported I felt by my coworkers and management to progress in my career. The environment that Harvest Medicine provides a healthy and team orientated space to learn your role and hone in your abilities. 



Harvest continues to be an excellent place to work. The staff and management feel like a cohesive team, and I never dread coming into work every day. While the hourly pay isn't the best. It's also not the worst and I believe the average employee is making above minimum wage. The health benefits for full-time staff are above average for most companies.

I have been working at Harvest Medicine since February as a Customer Care Representative. They team is amazing, supportive, and understanding. We have been working from home because of Covid19, and it has been a great experience for me. If you are looking for a fun but professional place to work for, this is it!
