What is the best part of working at the company?
There are no good parts for working at Harvest.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Constant information requested from HQ and numerous secondees.  They have no regard for the time involved with answering tons of questions each day (many of the same questions from numerous people) while trying to do the  various job requirements.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Threatening and under staffed and underpaid.   I'd say over half the people have left this company in the past 6 months and for good reason.   No  raises, no bonuses, under staffed.f

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Run around trying to do 3 peoples work as they have had so many quit and they are not replaced.  If and when they do replace someone, it's usually contract work at a low rate - so they can barely hire people.  A total mess.

They have not given a pay increase EVER! We received a "one time payment" this year that equaled 5% of our base wage when by comparison others in the industry received wage increases and 20-40% of base wage as a bonus due to the increase in company profit with oil prices rising over $100/bbl. Harvest does not invest in their employees with any training that costs money. No offsite courses or paid time off to earn accreditations. This job is an utter waste of your time. Unless you absolutely have no other choice then don't work here.

Was a pleasant experience for me, having recently graduated from a Petroleum program. A management staff who would push junior staff within reasonable limits, to keep the company growing and at the same time adding value to our experience, without creating a stressful environment. 
I learned alot from senior staff, all staff got out of the position what they put into it. I really enjoyed my time at Harvest, gained valuable knowledge, and added tangible value to the company while doing so. It was a rewarding experience for all.

-No organization, they literally plan one week at a time.
-Schedule is not even complete for the year and they always talk of changing it so you can never plan anything.
-Extremely unprofessional management, act like children with no leadership skills. Will even set guys up to fail just to force someone to quit.
-Never open to hear any positive changes.
-New CEO every couple of years.

Expect poor guidance from the local Managers because they have no real authority and the Korean Management has no real in country experience. KNOC will make unreasonable requests and shorten the delivery timeframe with minimal communication.  If you want a job and are offered one in this economy do not pass it up.  Do not expect satisfaction and longevity.  Remaining staff are constantly reassured that packages were given to the last rounds of layoffs.

Management is pretty good.
co-workers is great to dealt with.
Hardest part of the job could be the timing and quite a few bugs to get fixed due to more change requests from Operations even close production deadline.
most enjoyable part of this job is you get to explore and mingle outside your department

My responsibilities are following:
•	Providing legal and administrative support to the Strategy Committee and Legal Counsel 
•	Reviewing internal and external reports to the Strategy Committee; drafting Minutes and Presentation
•	Maintaining Document Management and Legal Filing system
•	Processing invoice  and expense reports
•	Assisting on corporate secretarial matters; scheduling meetings

Extremely poor corporate leadership.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Zero business acumen and no respect for employees

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very low morale, uncertainty amongst staff.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wondering who will quit or get fired.

Company has poor leadership, no real concrete direction and a dark cloud hanging felt in very hallway.  Bottom line is only consideration, people not so much.  Micro managed from head office in korea, nearly impossible for decisions to be made and anyone who can make a decision is scared to pull the trigger for fear of reprisal.

No appreciation or compensation for doing more and that's about all they ask you to do is more for the same pay...  Management does not have your back on anything and will do nothing to keep you happy.  A very toxic environment,  I have worked with many great people here but they have been leaving for greener pastures.  About 200% turnover in the last few years makes it hard to get anything done...
