Favoritism plays a vital role in this team. If the team's leadership is fiends with you, likes you and does not see you as a threat, they will go to any extent to make sure you get everything you love. I would not recommend Salesforce team to anybody at all because the team's leadership can't tolerate seeing individuals that are more knowledgeable and qualified than them.

Your talent will not get you anything in this team. Learn to manipulate and adore key decision makers, so that you can move up the career ladder.


Great team, not much opportunity for advancement as the company is very small. Long hours may be required depending on your position. If you're in IT, be expected to be a jack of all trades who works in projects at the same time you're expected to provide support to technical issues.   

Huge office politics. Other departments have too much interference with IT department. 
Board of Directors needed to open up eyes and hire only with technically sound management.

Mid-sized company that is growing.  It has a good staff culture.  Considering it's smaller size, it is notable to that it doesn't make technology or methodology decisions very quickly.  It does seem to have a high turn-over rate in the staff.

Multicultural and diverse company that is quickly growing.  Staff and management were kind and helpful.  I enjoyed all aspects of the job and gained a lot of knowledge about the mortgage industry.

good management and support for staff. Management always gives support to staff to have a balance life. The currently offer hybrid positions. Haventree has the best benefit packages for employees.


Long work hours with no o/t pay and no job security. Management constantly changing policies and not clearly communicating among all staff. Inefficient work processes. 

Lot of turnover and unsatisfied employees , management does not care much about the employees and are clueless.Constant turnover and no career advancement

not a professional organization to work for, lack of leadership and competent skills, no proper training and bad culture at work, every month fire people.
