What is the best part of working at the company?
Easy going great people, hard work lots to learn only one who would load 60’ pipe on trucks 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Getting orders done on time, lifting heavy equipment 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fast pace and easy going people!  Had fun with the co workers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Picking orders load and unload trucks taking down serial numbers down.. paperwork..

Mostly doing the same thing everyday, with quite a few part change overs and machine setups. the hardest part of the job is being a supervisor as it is a very fast paced and stressful environment. All in all it is a very enjoyable job with lots of of potential.

In my opinion, complaints are everywhere. If you think of this place as a playground or a school, this is not a good place, but if you think of this place as a workplace, it's a really good place to work. I'm speaking as a person who has been working here for over 10 years.

This is my first job in canada and that's good company for all who want to start and long term careers. People and management are very good. They care people. Management helps people to grow them in their career with providing opportunities.

Very political. No guidance  lack of attention to detail. Poor wage. If you like an environment you can do what ever you want when ever you want with no one telling you what to do. You like to chase green button. Best place. Be cautious. 

Alot of pressure from floor manager but relatively easy going especially working nights.Fairly good atmosphere comingling with other employees.other employees willing to teach you tricks of the trade

decent place to work while you work there, but they will lay you off and hire someone else for a lower wage when they get the chance. but once a week some nice mennonites would bring food in for everyone

Nice people, nice place, pretty much a decent job, like every other place there’s just a few details but at least you can asure that your work will talk for you.

Good place to work very organised and safe to work place.
Full of opportunities to advance and learn new skills.
Fair paid and good management low level of stress at work 

Hawk Machine Works Ltd. is a good workplace with friendly atmosphere around. It's been half a year that I started working here. I get good support from my seniors and supervisors.
