Working at this company is a relatively stress-free experience. Unlike many other workplaces, there is not a strong emphasis on speed, making it a more relaxed environment. The supervisors are very nice and supportive, contributing to a positive daily experience. However, upper management can be quite stressful, which may create some tension at times.

One of the best aspects of the job is the coworkers – they are friendly and make the work environment pleasant. That said, career progression and personal development opportunities are quite limited. There is little room for growth or improvement, so if you're looking to advance your career, this might not be the ideal place.

Overall, it’s a good job if you're looking for stability and a low-pressure environment, but not the best if you have ambitions for career growth.

Friendly and helpful workers,  but the pay could be better.  They promote from the bottom (newest person gets promoted), to save money.  Sometimes we have to work on more than three presses, which are not compatible with each other.  Not enough scanners or scales present, which is a bottleneck for production.

Workplace cut back on the number of days per week they operated, which is the reason I had to leave, otherwise I would have stayed.

When working at hawk plastics I only ever dealt with the hiring agency who got me the position. Other than that, my responsibilities included operating the machines that I was told to after receiving basic training, and from there, not much needs to be said. No particularly bad aspects to mention, simply a mundane job to pay the bills, entirely satisfactory.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There was a lot of nice people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You have to watch your back or there will be trouble.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is an elite team which can never do wrong.  Just remember you are not on that team.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Nervous wondering what I will be blamed for now.

If you are comfortable with working for a small business that is managed by family - this is a place for you.

If you are a PLEASER (will say and do anything to agree with ownership) at the sacrifice of your own believes and integrity ….  you just may keep your job. Once you serve your purpose... you're out! Oh and your name will be dragged in the mud for months to justify the reason for letting you go.

It's a boys club!  Either you're in or you're out.

I loved working for Hawk plastics , the people were fantastic to work with. The pay was good with over time which there was lots of . But I gave them 156 hours over and above hiring time and 12 hours the day they fired me . Instead of telling me before I left work that day , they waited till I got home and called me and told me not to come back . 

Would i work for them again yes but only through direct hire .

We all loved it even though the hours were long. Then they decided to make a normal employee team leader and it went straight to his head. People were getting in trouble for non sense while others were favouritized and if you complained they would pretend to help you and then fire you. It was very hostile right before I left. Many people only worked there because it was the only place

Either hours  bathroom lunch and leave

management is incredibly kind, they listen and are considerate of every worker. I felt really comfortable working there. They do take their time with the hiring process it was a little unusual because I still didn't get hired after breaching the 3 prob period.

Well they always listen when you have a problem and they always have to correct the problems
