They treat you like slaves and have no lolaty. You are purely a profit to them. They do not teach you anything useful and never any help from the management. If you are a alcoholic you will fit in just graet. You will never get a pay raise for you performance you will never be promoted and you will never get a bonus no matter how hard you work for them. They have the wort benefits that you pay out of your own cheque. There is just nothing good about them. Worst company I've ever worked for. They have a pending lawsuit do to unfairly payed employees.

A typical day .
Day starts and management is usually late . Management blames you for them not being prepared. 
You work 9 hrs a day without overtime or benefits. 
You make the bare minimum .
The owner is currently draining the company to pay for his divorce , which you are somehow now responsible in helping pay . 
Management leaves early . 
You go home and figure out how you’re going to feed your family and do the same thing the next day . 

10/10 Worst company I've ever worked for. They Demand you to go above and beyond, breaking your body and mind without any recognition. You can't trust management and most co-workers. This company will turn you into an alcoholic and destroy any chance of retirement.

Good place to work with good people co workers are extremely friendly. A fun work place environment the guys I worked with were very patient and understanding they take the time to teach you what you need to know about the job. Had a lot of good laughs if you show up on time and work hard you'll enjoy working for hawk

This Job is a joke everyone is struggling no one gets a raise everyone is undervalued and you cant afford to take a day off because you you dont make enough to live off of now.

They expect you to go above and beyond without incentive. They preach about having competitive wages despite being one of the lower journeyman rates in red deer.

Don't expect to be paid for your overtime. Your opinion will not be valued regardless of your experience. The company will always put itself first before its employees.

liked the work, was only there for a short period of time cause i got hurt, learned a lot from the people i worked with. learned the ins and outs of refrigeration and sheet metal
