Worked for them for three years. Took me that long to realize I was slowly getting burnt out. The hours were insane some days when you were on call. They expect you to work the day shift that goes well on into the night and then somehow function the next day. Management is more concerned about making money than your well-being. No sick pay, no RSP contribution, pay is low, and benefits could be better. 
Worked with a great team who ran the place independently but we always had micro management.
For a company with such high safety standards I expected better but that too was a total let down. Vehicles are not properly maintained, no ergonomics, no level of fitness required, poor equipment that has been proven to cause high injury rates. 

I have really enjoyed working for Haztech and plan on staying with them long term. They have great management who are there when you need them and communicate very well. The MTC’s and trucks are all new or newer and in good shape. 
Equipment is always checked before each job and they make sure you have everything you need accommodation wise as well.  If you need anything then will go above and beyond to get it to you. This company has always paid me on time with no discrepancies and always reimbursed me promptly.

Vaguely cold and insincere. Disingenuous communication, conflict between words spoken and actions taken

Plenty of time to plan daily responsibilities, complete reports, research new or emerging concerns, work interdependent with other areas of expertise

Love the team of people to work with. Great equipment

The most stressful part is would say is just working long hours.

Very relaxing and feels like your part of a family.

Getting ready for shift and driving the trucks to the site.

They pay attention to detail, they are willing to help no matter what the issue is.

I didn't have any stressful issues

Very positive, always putting their employees first.

Every day was the same as the previous and the next.  Never any change.  Not provided with growth opportunities into other fields within the company such as medical response.

really fun job meet an lot of new people co-workers friendly amazing manager very inclusive communication was always really good so you knew what all was going to happen that shift really great job definitely recommend 

You need to get in tight with management to keep.your job. Very bias company. The peg employees one against the other. I don't feel there was nearly enough face time with management. 

I had a great time they trained me up to supervisor, the pay was good and I enjoyed the freedom it gave as a 2nd job to pick my shifts, I also got to be at concert for free
