What is the best part of working at the company?
Good tooling and mostly Cat machines 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Job security, shop manger is verbally abusive and lacks manger training to be confident in his job. Work was sporadic  day to day if you were not posted to the mines in Sparwood 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Employees were were good to each other and helpful 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
If you worked in the mines it’s a challenging day, if you worked in the shop it varies

Management cover their own back and throw employees under the bus or out the door at the first sign of a problem.
Anyone with any real talent has quit.
A real shame as the concept on paper is awesome.
Facility is good yet not maintained... neither are the fleet of service trucks.

Only one half hour break for a 12 hour day. Wages aren’t even remotely comparable to industry standards. Along with the low wages you have to supply your own tools. Guys on the floor are good, supervision is ridiculous, has no idea how long things are actually going to take and put you in dangerous situations. 

While working at headwater equipment I got to work on all different kinds of equipment and had access to information systems for most all equipment serviced, many great people to work with and an overall good place to work and learn. 

Headwater provides a great place to learn and grow. The company looks out for their people and provide the best working environment with the resources they have available to them. 

Good place to learn and grow on a variety of equipment. Field work is decent and service trucks are nice as well. Lots of room to grow if you are motivated and want to learn.

Shift lengths can be long, but if your after some OT they was plenty to be had.  Supplied with a good service truck, most of the guys there are pretty good to work with.

Great team with a get it done attitude. All work together to achieve a common goal of great customer service .Glad to be working with this team. Looking forward to many years to come

Field work is the best thing working for this company, nice service trucks and good pay, some tooling  but for most part bring lots of your own, good out of town benefits.

The shop and management were good to work for, very steady work, crew and management were very knowledgeable. It was a great place to work and feel like part of a family.
