Depending on what shift you were working you would do the required assignment.  You would be assigned to your own list of patients, and would attend to the individual needs of these patients.  I would help out with my peers if my assignment was complete and someone else required help.  I started working at the Hospital straight from graduating, so I was learning the workings of a hospital environment daily. 
My Manager at the time was a very educated, professional individual. Her and I got along very well and continued a friendship after we both moved on.
The hardest part of the job was working with individuals who would cut corners for their own personal reasons and put the patients in jeopardy.
The most enjoyable part of the job was helping the patients improve their health to the point that they could go home safely.

I learned more on how to deal with people especially with customers and patients. I gained experience on customer service and retail field.  The management and the supervisors are very nice, professional, friendly, and  helpful to all the volunteers. Being in a team is a wonderful experience to develop a strong interpersonal skills and building relationships. The most enjoyable and fulfilling part of my job or volunteer work is being able to give assistance and support to people who are in need. Probably, the hardest part of the job is dealing with customers who are in a bad mood.

trying to get two things done at once.

rhe enviroment is fast paced at times ,but rewarding when people go home.

Prioritise your work and you will be fine.

Typical day was busy but pleasing, but working with others helped me understand so much more. Management was a great deal busy with food expiration and waste management. The workers who worked with me were helpful and productive. Hardest part of the job was not being able to do more when I wanted to. The most enjoyable was seeing smiles on patients faces.

Having successfully completed my clinical rotation in the MICU I have definitely learned a lot and found this as a good challenge for myself. I was able to utilize what I have learned in school in a day to day basis and learned new things nearly everyday.

In this job, I learned how to interact with different disciplines to provide productive ideas and solve challenging problems in the medical world. 
The salary was not satisfying but the job itself was satisfying.

Employee were very good in dealing with patients and their families, they will addressed right away their concerns, they handle the situations and some demands of their patients.  Some employees were respectful with the feelings of others, but some were not that sensitive.

Fast phase workplace yet great opportunity to learn more. Unfair deliberation of workload among staff. I learned a lot of using the machines that we regularly operates everyday. People are easy to get along with. I work during the days which really fits my schedule.

If you're union, your co workers are incredibly lazy. They will literally cry if you ask them to do their job.
The managers and supervisors are not nice and if you complain they pile on work while other people sit around and get paid.

Awesome place to learn and excel with gaining experience. Friendly and amazing staff to learn with. Daily routines were put in place. I  gained my experience from the staff and clients, it is a great place to work and learn.
