I would give 0s if I could. The management is lazy and unprofessional. They play favourites and if youre not related to the higher ups, then kiss your job goodbye. Once you have kids, forget it. And if you're not a favourite, then it's even worse. They will fire you at any point for any reason, even when it's not your fault. They don't listen to you, it takes forever to get a hold of anyone and there is a termination without cause your whole employment. They make you do everything while they reap the benefits and take credit for your hard work. Laziness and money hungry. If I knew what I knew now, I wouldn't never applied. They show no respect and they don't care about their employees, unless their relatives are friends with the heads of the company. There is no job security, the pay and benefits are laughable at how low they are. There is nothing good about working here. They do everything half-assed and against the book. If they get audited, they are screwed. Never work here. You can get a bonus if you make enough sales, but even if you do, they have a new policy where they can not give you the bonus for any reason! I didnt try as hard because, since I'm not a favourite, I wouldn't get it anyways. I found out I wasn't originally supposed to get the bonus before that even though I worked my tail off for it. If you just need a job, don't have kids, then it's fine. But please, don't work here. 

The company does not follow through with committments laid out in the hiring process or in terms of running a clinic. No marketing, no support.  You will be told you are greedy if you ask for a cost of living wage. If you ask for help you will mocked. If you ask for what the company promises you will be called aggressive, and toxic. A great job if you are okay being underpaid, under appreciated and no desire to move up in the company. Large amounts of nepotism from upper management. No compassion, no empathy, no support.

Working with a clinician that has the same passion, moral ethics and compatibility as I do

Sometimes multitasking but if you are very organized you can get caught up soon

Non sales driven which makes the job less stressful and  creates a more enjoyable workplace.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everyday is different with a wide range of appointments phone calls and learning situations

Entirely sales based, extreme greed exhibited by owner. Pressure to sell impossibly high percentages with no support. Even had to explain to management that selling an additional 300% year over year with just a "can do attitude" at my disposal was ridiculous and not at all achievable. Explained to me it "didn't matter" and we "have to do it". Avoid this place if you can, management is a bunch of vultures.

Great company to work for. The management is so compassionate.

I never have experienced any stressful moments.

Past, easy wonderful and happy place to work for!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Happy and cannot wait to come to work everyday

There was never pressure for sales. The products were so reasonably priced the sales came. I felt like customer was number one and the main reason for working there.
First place I was happy to work at. I worked 3 locations.  All with the same approach to clients.

This company has a positive atmosphere, low sales pressure, and independence to preform your job to the best of your ability. Would recommend working here compared to other high pressure companies in the industry.

During my interview, I was promised multiple things and job security. They did not keep their end of the bargain and didn’t like when employees asked questions. I would never recommend working here
