Owners do not care about the people that do the work for them, only revenue. The office has terrible Morale, it starts with the CFO, who is constantly shouting.

Good wages, but as someone else said they do hire and fire like a revolving door. Do not apply as it will certainly be short employment. During my short time there, several people were coming in and out of the company.

Bottom line is the owners have no clue in how to run or grow a company. This is a company who is turning in the wrong direction and will eventually be in the ground.

I was a labourer and equipment operator for a small road reconstruction crew on the Starkey Road project. Using a Cat D6t I ripped old asphalt,  maintained our pit, laid lifts of clay and gravel to build the new road and walking trail. We shaped and top soiled the ditches then installed all new culverts in the area. Being a small crew I had the advantage to learn a lot during the project, we worked twelve hour days at least six days a week.

They offer higher wages as an incentive to not expect anything else from them. There is no work/life balance and they work people into the ground. The morale is terrible and the support from management is not available. Don’t expect long term employment, they hire and fire like a revolving door.

Lack of communication streaming from management to workers. Jobs only last a few months at a time so you never know if you will have work at the end of shift. Friends of foreman will get longer shifts and stay on job longer.

a company that requires you to stay at work camps they will set you up, to do the required ground construction job they are fired to do.

It was your typical 14-7 work schedule, Not bad but its expected.

A few really good people there but not the ones in charge.  There is no team work and Quality is always on the back burner.  Management was not supportive.  The hardest part of the job was attempting to get support/backing.

If you follow the rules, go to work ,do your job then everything goes smoothly but I have no patience for slackers which was fine by me. They were big on safety

I only worked with them for a few months, but i found them pretty good to work for, the supervision was great, easy to get along with, gave good direction and also listened to the employee's ideas. I'd definitely work for them again.

The company had next to new equipment which was great.  Safety culture was very pro-active.  If you happened to get hurt at work through no fault of your own you were the first person to get let go.
