Working here had many good days
Unfortunately there seems to be a lack of support for the common employee
Management listens to certain individuals 
Not much chance of pay increase even after working the hours that are asked.of you
Told that only certain people where worthy of a pay increase even when told we work as a team
Foreman and lead hands are short with us a majority of the time.

Poor work atmosphere , even worse management. Extremely unorganized in every possible way , whether it be running out of the correct tools and supplies to properly finish a job , or not having a clean uniform to wear there is almost something every single shift. Oh and forget about job advancement , unless you have a certain last name that is. Than you will probably be manager in a few years with the rest of your family

Do not ... Absolutely do not work for this company.  Management is terrible . They treat you like garbage ...your literally dumbed down to a number and nothin else ... Please if you have the chance to avoid this place . Run

I enjoyed working at oskam steel.Safety was a priority to them. my job was never boring. I did a variety of tasks.I enjoyed receiving products in and unloading them off the truck. my job was very busy which made the day fly by. we had safety meetings as a group once a week. you had the oppurtunity to speak.

Red flags......Bad culture and toxic workplace, but the actual work is interesting. Go look anywhere else for a job unless you are very desperate. Can say the guys there are good people though. 

Bad management. Some of the guys are good to work with but supervisor can be a bully and demean you and your efforts. There is opportunity to move into welding if that's what you desire.

I was under the impression I was valued employee up until my 89th day when I was laid off with little reason.

poor pay unless you related too mamagement..ok if you want to start at low pay and get 25cents a year raise.job postings on this site are advertised for more than they will actually pay you

Long hours with little chance for advancement.
Forced overtime.
No lines of communitcation between workers and management.
Very autocratic style leadership.

They will not treat you with respect regardless of how much of your time and effort you put into the company. Low pay to top it all off and overall very little skill to go around in that place.
