Managers micro-manage all levels of their department even when they have no time so expect last minute rushes and changing everything just because it doesn't align with what the manager wants.

The managers also love to work long hours and set the precedent that you should work on weekends and long hours if you want to keep up and if you "love" the company. They are so blind thinking that they have a great company culture that everyone will do anything for them and will lay people off for unjust causations instead of trying to help you and to train you properly. They know people are replaceable. 

People are quick to burn-outs, imposter syndrome, and have the constant fear that their job is on the line. 

They brag about hiring young but it's just a way to exploit young workers who want to get into the field of their choice and don't know any better about a company that values work-life balance. They also say that they are a transparent company but when you ask them about unjust firing, they just give you classic corporate jargon. Helcim is a company that is too up their own *ss that they can't see that their employees have no sense of direction and don't feel any fulfillment to their work.

When Helcim reads this (and they will and then get their current employees to positive review bomb it), don't take this as a disgruntle worker, try to ask yourself why the process takes so long and look to your managers and how much power they let go of. Shouldn't they be giving away their legos and what not. 

The leadership is atrocious rather than taking the time to help employees everything is constantly monitored and if you make a mistake that error is often dictated to you in the worst possible way. 

NOT once will they ask you how you are doing and how can they help what kind of management is this?

Leadership will often ask you to work through your lunch or stay late because they can't manage assigning work correctly. Employees will often have to work late without any overtime pay or banked time.

I have seen great employees be terminated for no reason at this company and this company would rather allow management to be dictators to the employee's and terminate them it's an awful culture to be a part of. 

I have seen certain employees be bullied by the leadership staff and sent more work on purpose that would force them to stay late.

More people are leaving and don't want to stay because of the way the people who are supposed to be in charge are running the departments.

Even employees who write truthful reviews will be punished in some sort of way I am disappointed in this company.

No proper training is provided in order for you to become successful in your job. You will be thrown in and when asking for help they will send you a support article to figure out things yourself. Management micro manages listens to every call and will pull you into a room and scrutinize every wrong thing you do rather than providing positive feedback. 

They will often overload you with work that can’t be handled in one day and instead of helping you suggest that you work overtime with no pay. They have unqualified people in management roles that have no idea what they are doing. 

Retail hours including evenings and weekends and yes even Sundays. They will also make people work statutory holidays. No room for growth at this company and horrible company culture. They will make you watch videos to show how great the company culture is which is a complete lie there is no communication between departments and often fighting. This is an awful company avoid at all costs.

Working for Helcim has been the best experience that I've had in my professional life. Every member of the company is eager to come to work each day and are on the same page looking to innovate and excel all the way from the CEO to the newest employees. I am impressed constantly with the diversity of the company along with the respect and time from management as you are not just another employee but rather an important member of the team. There is an open door policy and you are welcome to ask questions or give feedback at any time. There are great wages, benefits, generous vacations, profit sharing and stock options that give incentive for all of the hard working people who are looking to make a change in the industry. On top of that they will make a yearly charitable donation to a cause of your choice, snacks, a company gym, free lunches twice a month, staff outings and a casual dress code.

In my experience, working at Helcim has meant feeling like everyday is working towards an inspired future with a team of people who are happy to be in this together. Our aspirations are high but leadership recognizes efforts and supports ambitious goals.

Going to work and being surrounded by positive, diverse and interesting team mates is a gift. Being able to be yourself is a given - which has not been true of several offices I've worked in. And I got to donate all of my sad business casual clothes!

The fast paced environment, and steep learning curve can be a bit challenging for some. Don't apply if you aren't willing to work your butt off.

Helcim is a great place to work. The overall work environment is very friendly as Helcim has a solid company culture and great people (really, the best part is the people). The executive management works along side everyone every day helping out, so rest assured there is no bureaucracy here. I have been given many opportunities for growth within the company, even when the company is smaller. This company believes in its people.

As far as perks and amenities go: Snacks, free coffee, team lunches, team events, profit share/bonuses, generous stock options program, office gym, competitive salary & more.

There is no training in order for you to be able do your job.  If you had a question about one of the task they told you to follow the articles which either were outdated or not completed.  Management verily checks on your progress but scrutinize every wrong thing you do rather than providing positive feedback.

From day 1 you will feel like there is no job securtiy and tell you if you don't work "hard enough" then you don't belong in the company. Also for a company that like to make fun of another local company they sure like to compare to them. 

They will also ask to work an extra 10 hours without pay or pay increase. 

The team is very friendly and supportive, they make it easy to come to work every day. They are also all very skilled and talented people so there are a lot of opportunities to learn from one another and take on new projects that will advance your skills. The leadership team is very involved and approachable, making it easy to work with them or bring up questions when they arise. The Profit Share and compensation structure make it so team members are invested in and rewarded by company success. Generous vacation policy, office snacks/lunches, and company t-shirts for an easy dress code are all positives.

In the beginning you would feel you are surrounded with best people, best managers and get good feedbacks about your work. Then one fine day without any discussion or meeting or performance review they will tell you are not performing well so you are being fired. If you ask them about the review to know where did you go wrong, they will just narrate the same sentence ten times, “The decision has been taken, we cannot reveal anything else, wish you good luck!”
