Where do I start! This place is trash! Worked there for 4 months, started training new employees, then they lay me off and keep the new employees. You get paid once a month, management is absolutely brutal. To the point where we had 4 crews on and they laid 3 crews off..... thats about 60 people. In 2 weeks. Management will treat you with respect and act like a friend and then pull the rug out from under you. I recently just had a call from them to go back, but only for a month, because they "might" go to 2 crews. This place is terribly unreliable and management is just piled with stupid people, not to mention how they hire their own kids and keep them over hard working employees with families. Dont work here, seriously stay away. My crew and I also had over time hours banked up for the month, management went in to all of our hours and erased half of them with out telling us , til we got our checks and tallied up our hours. Place is a joke and I'm amazed they are still open with 1 crew running, but they need to be shut down or management needs to be kicked out of there.

They DO not care about their employees, it's like a never ending cycle of hiring employees, being unfair to them, not taking their safety into consideration, and then laying them off, as to always keep the workers at or under minimum wage.  Paid once a month, and lucky if your cheque exceeds 2 k. All about the bottom line to them, our respiratory systems and general well being is the least of their concerns.   The worst job, the worst mismanaged company i have ever worked for in my life. 
please go back to spain and exploit your own people, nobody likes you.

I enjoyed my job tasks at Heliene, shifts typically flew by. the Management were very poor, massive layoffs for long periods of time with no idea when I would be hired back. I did however learn a lot about solar energy and worked in a green and somewhat eco-friendly environment.

The worst place I have ever worked at. Random lay offs, terrible management and products were never in on time so we wouldn't have any work. I have nothing good to say except for the crew I had. Lovely people but management was not.

stay away... you have been warned.... do yourself a big favour and keep looking elsewhere, absolutely no morals or integrity from ownership, which dictates how management is, have no respect for or appreciation for hard working employees from top down.

Always seems like you were on the brink of getting laid off. Because there was not enough working coming in. Once an order came in they wanted everyone working non stop until the order was complete.

great place if you like an entrepreneurial environment and want to take initiative to effect change, encouraged by management. fast growing with exciting changes. not for standard 9-5er's or gov't like workers. 

No one cares.  Management are a joke.  No safety or concern for workers.  One lunch break, no overtime, schedule change.  Stay away from this place they will treat you like garbage.

feels very unorganized in communication between upper management and production. 
production line is shift work, with no benefits or vacation. 
training structure is loose.

From what I hear its a better place now than when I was there previously. Old management was terrible and they were verbally abusive to the majority of their production staff.
