Working as a warehouse associate at HelloFresh has been a solid experience overall. The job is fast-paced, which keeps the shift moving quickly, and the team environment is supportive. Most tasks are straightforward, like picking, packing, labeling, and preparing meal-kit boxes for shipment. The company focuses a lot on food safety and quality, so we follow strict guidelines, but everything is well-organized. Managers are generally approachable and help whenever needed. Schedules are predictable, and there are opportunities to pick up extra shifts. The work can be physically demanding at times, especially during busy days, and the warehouse can get cold because of refrigeration areas, but proper gear is provided. I’ve learned to work efficiently, pay attention to detail, and handle high volumes under pressure. Overall, HelloFresh is a good place for someone who wants steady work, teamwork, and a reliable routine.

The HR department is filled with useless employees. They hire people that are not qualified to tie their own shoes on a daily basis. Very disorganized management. To many people on power trips. Very poorly run. Every manager/supervisor/HR staff have different opinions on the various positions. One will say do your job this way, another will say do it another way. Your supervisor will say this the correct way... Then the manager will say, do things this way... When you ask who to listen to and what your actual job is, you end up in the HR office being written up for questioning your position.  Since there are many ethnicities working there, the staff are very disrespectful and rude. They can do anything they want with no recourse or punishment. Horrible communication! Management does not allow diversity. Are we in Canada? Or a third world country?

Working there was a good experience for me everyone was professional and everyone took their job serious

Making sure that your pulling the right order, so one must always pay attention to what they’re doing!

Professional  in all aspects! They wholeheartedly believe in respecting others boundaries!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
First, do a stress excercise which consist of stretching and bending and then putting on the face mask.hair nets  and crowns and then our tast began no matter where you work as a Replenisher or on the line!

Not have a fixed schedule and ever changing shifts

Company management and unnecessary regulations 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Its safe and clean but Your department especially manufacturing department is the totally unsupported and totaly keeps putting pressure on the employees to give out more n more n more Production regardless of the machines conditions and workers strengths

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Its like hoping to end the day as soon as you start the shift

The Laird facility is a pure waste of time. All of the managers say one thing and do another and claim that they work "harder" then the people who run the floor. They take every opportunity to push you under the bus if you try making a positive change in the best interest of the company. Shifts are all over the place and if you show them that you actually know what you're doing/ smarter then the average person the managers will take advantage. There are no regular performance reviews its whenever they have time and provide no real expectation of any kpi that's required. They also say" we are growing and theres growth from within" ABSOLUTE  BS.  Find another company to work for...

Tis actually a pretty horrible place to work for. Upper management could care less about the employee. There is a very huge turn over in staff every few months. In order to avoid being unionized, upper management promised all staff raises. Then a week later employees were asked to come to a meeting, where they said you are not getting a raise (only specific employees are). Funny thing is, all management received raises. If you suck up to management you get somewhere. You come to do your job and (lay low), you won't go anywhere or will be pushed out. 

I worked almost two months for hello fresh though diversified staffing the staff of both companies are awesome and understanding people you have complete control over when you work I had no problems with them you wake up in the morning call in to diversified they scheduled you for work with hello fresh and you just showed up at hello fresh meet with your assigned supervisor punch in and go to work the over all environment is fast paced yet chilled  you receive an hour for lunch and two 15 minute brakes which are nice since you spend most of your time on your feet 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people are phemomenal. HF gives their employees great perks and treat one another like family.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unorganized and lack of structure. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture is a work in progress. Tbey need to leqrn to work together.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fire fighting and manual report submissions. There was always something more important that operations but without ops there was no business.

I enjoy working here , but my problem is that it is far away from my house, IDuties: Food Service worker
•	Position: Co-working with Quality Assistance, Casing worker, and Kitting worker 
•	Collection of data of good and wrong packed food.
•	Maintaining the quantity of food according to packaging needs.
•	Packing of food, the in packages or boxes.
•	Checking the quality of food and checking of missing food in the package.
•	Maintaining the speed of packages on the packaging line.
•	Labelling the packed food. 

 don't get any transportation facility to reach the place.
