Heninger will get you in with many promises of great things including advancement opportunity, competitive pay and bonuses. Once you're in these things go by the wayside and are either forgotten about or just downright removed. Hours worked are not as originally agreed upon as more expected duties are added as time goes on all with no adjustments to compensation. It's just expected. IF any concerns are brought up they are either ignored or they are turned right back on to you as a discontented employee. They constantly say that they are all about the employee environment, but it's really only about their bottom line. Benefits are poor even though you pay in every month. Added insurance is mandatory...which you have to pay for yourself, and there is a "social fund" (also mandatory) which doesn't do much save for an employee dinner once a year or so. Work style here is quite cutthroat and not very collaborative, so it really is a stressful environment to make sure that you aren't the next one on the chopping block.

Great people to work with whether in sales or any other part of the business. Employees at Heninger Toyota are true professionals that ensure customers are treated with the respect they deserve. Don't expect to be coddled or for all the information to be handed to you on a silver platter. Learn the products and the business by asking questions, taking notes, and honing your presentation of a quality product that people want to buy. Sales is not for everyone, but if you enjoy interacting with people and are a confident, passionate, and empathetic person, you can do well. Product Specialists are offered a salary with benefits and the opportunity to garner a higher wage commensurate with their sales performance upon each three month review. Cheers 🍻

Don't recommend working here unless you need experience. Everybody in the service building(sales probably too), is putting in more hours than typical for this industry, and earning less money than average. I worked at Heninger for 5 years, and several other dealers in town. This one was by far the most workload, one of the lower paying, and the busiest place. Doing a 12-13 hour day is unfortunately a common thing. I left to tend to other life issues and work opportunities. I thank Heninger for a good opportunity, but they need to step up their employee retention, everybody knows morale has been in the toilet for the longest time. And their slogan "THE BEST PLACE TO WORK", well it really isn't. I had a much better experience working at Dilawri. And that is saying something...

Get in and locate a service#1 ecp free tire rotation for seasonal swaps for .5h. Management encourages a toxic work environment with high turnover as people are expected to go above and beyond for no compensation. Only hear about bad things. Had 

 Bonus structure around keeping you in the building for 10+ hours a day to make maybe 8 hours. Start at 7:30 and finish at 5 at best. You are expected to work through lunch. 

However, If you are an apprentice who wants to come in and make bank this is the place.  You will be fed great work and be making $700 plus in bonus every month. Then you'll have to quit cause they don't teach you anything.

The Co-workers in the back are friendly and helpful.

Management is a pain in the butt. Have any personal issues going in life? Don’t bother calling they’ll fire you on the spot, or deem you a liar. Techs do whatever they want they try and milk any dollar out of a customer they can, only benefits working there are the employees such as techs, front desk, advisors. Other than that everyone’s a stuck up pieces of work. I loved working there until times got hard and allot of things were changing in my life and I moved nearly 4 times. My boss called me a blatant liar for having to deal with all this commotion in my life and I personally wouldn’t recommend working there in any circumstances unless your desperate.

Terrible place to work with a toxic and corrupt work environment. Management does not care for its employees, and its Dealer Principal group is even worse. Only a chosen few make a decent living, and the rest barely scrap  by working  long hours with very few benefits or recognition.

Management encourages employees to write fake Google and Yelp reviews to make the Dealership look good to the public. Pay scale for sales people are below industry standard, so don't expect to make decent money. 

Moreover, management always floods the floor with too many sales people, making a difficult job worse.

Complained about harassment I was let go two days later. With a reason of complaints from management. I’m still shocked and frustrated. The harasser gets to be employed while I was let go. Micromanagement at its finest. Mostly everyone employed there is two-faced and will back stab you at any chance they can get. Of course complaining to HR shouldn’t get you fired but I sure did. It was ridiculous. Also got fired at noon. I started at 9am at least call me to tell me to pick up my stuff instead I came in worked and then got fired. Like what a waste of my time. 

This job wasn't that bad even though I had problems with management near the end of my employment. These issues weren't really addressed but the problems I had had more to do with the persons personality so I hold no hard feelings. I am grateful for the experience and don't have much bad things to say about it. The only thing I feel is worth mentioning is that their company slogan is 'The best place to work', it isn't. It is a completely average place to work with nothing exciting that separates them from other office positions. It is exciting if you work in sales or service, they do lots of cool stuff, but in the office its just another office job.

Particular individuals in management were minimally supportive and at times inconsiderate, condescending and rude. When this was brought to the attention of HR/Higher ups, it was promised to be addressed and wasn’t. They have hardworking and dedicated people that deserve to be treated with respect and dignity and it was awful that the amount of effort people put in was not recognized as it should’ve been.
