This place is horrible! I feel very sorry for residents who live in this place! Management is horrible and very unprofessional! The administrator hung up on me! Payroll people are very rude I did my 2 in service shifts haven’t got paid yet been over a week. Every time I call about to inquire about my pay I’m treated rudely very unhappy! Plz beware I work in long term care home elsewhere for 7 years and never been treated like this! I will be contacted head office about tgis

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! The management is pathetic don’t care about their staff. Staff are fired for ridiculous reasons. Then management all get fired because of incompetence and then they bring in another new management it’s overall one of the most disorganized place you’ll ever work for 

Unfortunately this home seemed more about making money then keeping their employees. Staff are overworked and underpaid much more than other homes I have worked in. Very toxic work environment as most staff are extremely unhappy. Staff and management is constantly turning over which should be a sign of poor work environment.

Teamwork always good. The environment is slow-paced yet it is relaxing. Working with elderly people inspired me a lot. I will recommend working at this facility for those who do not like fast-paced and sometimes stressfull environments.Concentrate your duties and efforts..enjoy work life 👍

I enjoyed working for Henley House, and spending my time giving back to my community. The clients there were so kind, and the experiences I had there will stay with me forever. I wish everyone could experience this type of work once in their life, because it is life-changing in the best way.

They need new DOC and some of their nurses should retire. There are a lot of long term employees who are only there for the money and don't care for the residents. seeing the treatment of residents made it easier to leave. some of the staff make it hard to work there

Loved working at the Henley House. The management was all amazing and so were the staff. Would highly recommend this home as your employer but also for people wanting to live in Long Term Care.

PSW's are not appreciated by the upper management.  The rule with a heavy thumb/  I would not recommend this home to anyone
