Poor Leadership: Management and ownership show little interest in operational standards or staff well-being.

Safety Concerns: Staff are frequently left alone to manage high-stress situations involving homeless individuals and difficult guests without security or managerial support.

High Turnover: The "revolving door" of employees is a direct result of being overworked for minimum wage.

Lack of Support: The General Manager remains in the office monitoring cameras rather than assisting staff with active front-line issues.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Management is frequently disconnected from daily operations. Front-line staff are often left to handle high-stress situations including guest conflicts and safety concerns—without assistance or intervention from leadership. If you were stand up for yourself you'll be reprimanded. The facility is in shambles and you're left to deal with significant issues beyond your reach and strength

A typical day at work consisted of stripping towels and sheets from all rooms, and alternating between laundry and housekeeping depending on what needed to be done first
The management was very helpful and understanding and respectful
The workplace culture was alright but sometimes very stressful when coworkers did not work together. 
The hardest part of the job was the heavy lifting big bags full of sheets and towels, and vacuums.
The best part of the job was lunch times, and i enjoyed folding towels the most

As a former head chef there , i found they had no kitchen employee that were even close to being qualified for a position . was not allowed to hire qualified staff as they only wanted to pay for cheap labor. i would have 5 -16 year old's with no kitchen experience hired as dishwashers/cooks for $10. an hour . you will have to work 7 days a week with 12 plus hours as they will use the old "your management you have to stay . be prepared to be 100% taken advantage of .

Unless if you looking for experience and really desperate, you may go ahead and work here. The work environment is really toxin I mean the managers/supervisors really don't care and are discriminative and incompetent. You will be lucky to go beyond the probation period unless if your favoured. Hard work is not valued here.

The wage/tips falls short for what you would think in a Hotel. 
Being Unionized they have good benefits after a year if you need benefits. 
Management/other coworkers are very helpful and encouraging. 


Liked who I worked with, management needed to improve a lot. Very understaffed which made things very stressful, and could've used way more training than I got. 

I learned to work and also help others when I work and I do help others too. The most enjoyable of the job is that to help others when they ask for it .

Good pay  would like to go back to work there meet lots of people the manager of housekeeping was very easy to get to know and talk to

It’s was a okay place to work coworkers were nice to work with at times .. but u had to have at least 7 rooms done by break or u would get a talking to by the boss

I did like the job there, very easy no stress.                            
 Learned everything in just 2 weeks.
