I get there at 530 am everyday and clock in go to the paint line. I check if everything is in good working conditions and clean, if necessary. I check the forklift before i use it to make sure it is in good running order. Next we start to load and unload the production line and examine the quality of the farm equipment and make sure they are in good condition. Then, we package the equipment and load them to pallets where they are wrapped securely and then shipped.
Working here I have learned a lot about the machinery and mechanics of the farm equipment and how to operate some of it such as the forklift and electrical hoist.
The hardest part of working here is watching co-workers standing around and not doing their jobs properly.
Management is very compromising and easy going when I have to talk to them about certain issues.
Overall, I enjoy working here but I'm looking for a better paying job which will help me support my children.

I worked in an area where fine welds on thin material were required with no burn through permitted and was able to do it to perfection and have welded triple pass projects.  Management does hire people and sometimes young adults with no prior training in specific areas with pay per hour exceeding that of people there at the company for several years in the same work related position.  My co-workers were I found to be a pleasure around.   I don't know really what the hardest part of the job would be.  The enjoyment I gained from working there was the experience gained day after day.

It is a company where it is being run by the owners and their relatives, the most career growth you can achieve is a supervisor(coz they dont want to pay more or in short they dont want to lose profit. Planning one thing they dont even excel, considering they have 5 planners and a planning manager, parts is always needed yesterday or last week.  Thats why i feel sorry for their customers who thing they are getting a quality product.

Great team effort and allot of different and fun activities to do at different times throughout the day and year. There is a wide and diverse cultural experience here, and you can get to know some really good and hard working Filipinos if you take the time to get to know them.

The work was hard and dirty and they paid well under the standard for this type of work but the supervisors were, generally, fun to work with. The same cannot be said for the management.

they give very low raises/increases on your yearly pay. they always lay people off. they only advance people that are close to there family and/or there own family. It's hard to advance in a career with the company.

Awesome place to work The work week is Monday to Friday from 7 o’clock in the morning until 3:30 in the afternoon. It’s nice being off in the afternoon to get other things done.

Good company to work to gain some experience but won't get paid enough. Really helpful co-workers who are always willing to teach you and help you to get the work done.

Hours were good, only problem is there is lots of lay-offs, and the pay is not at an equivalency of an equal level position at another company. Management however were good to employees.
