Working at HiTech Bay was a good experience to learn about PC and laptop hardware. Once you have an order paper, you need to assemble the specs that are given. The motherboard is already in place so all you need to do is pop in the RAM, hard drive, and anything else that's been added such as a graphics card. 
The workers are very friendly and helpful which is especially good as a co-op student since your goal is to learn on the job. Even if management points out a mistake that was made it's not done in a way where it seems like you're in huge trouble. They'll explain what you did wrong and how to fix it or avoid it next time. Overall, I would recommend any student who wants to learn about computer hardware to apply to HiTech Bay.

Worked there as a desktop/Laptop technician, typical working hours 8hr shift but that too stressfull, if you are you than don't expect to start the job as the position you applied for, always yelling for no reason, honestly it was a nightmare, when they are proven wrong than they make all the effort to fire you or make up reason where you'll leave by your self. There is no growth in this company so don't expect that everThe management is not up-to standard they just blabber but do nothing as they promised and warehouse supervisor trying to be a CEO  thinks he know everything but know nothing beside yelling and talking behind your back.

Flexible working arrangements. Very understanding and supportive Manager. Lots of opportunity to work in different areas. The job can be a little monotonous, perhaps if there were other duties added to the role, it would make the experience working at HITECH BAY INC, Full time employees are very friendly and guides the students in all possible ways to finish the tasks and makes them learn maximum about the things they are dealing with,

What is the best part of working at the company?
Computer boxes I open and clean 2 Skids one day, 80ps

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I used machine to clean all computer boxes 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I work alone no body help me to clean 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I working 8 hours a day and five days a week. Two weeks is my pay day

There is only one word to describe this place: Incompetent. The managers make it very stressful for their employees, always want more while paying minimum. They don't really appreciate your effort even though you tried and did your best. The place itself is unorganized and everything is confusing.

The worst coop nightmare you can dream of. Beware of joining this company. Please please please unless you're extremely desperate, stay away. The company lives off coop students cuz they don't like paying

Nice boss but poor management level staffs on the floor who does not have the right qualifications to fill in the responsibilities of the position. Very political.

Had good experience learning more about computers as an intern but when I got hire full time salary was really really low. If you are recent graduate from college/university can go for their intern but don’t work full time there not worth 

I am working at Hitechbay Inc for about 2 years. The management is focused on helping employees develop personally and professionally. I was paid fairly and received assistance with continuing education. Great work environment.

Many techniques to learn in the company for IT field such as troubleshooting and maintaining systems.
Really nice and friendly work atmosphere.
They care about their employee's birthday or any celebration.
