I LOVE
Special lunches with cupcakes and a game of some kind for every holiday, monthly draw for employee recognition ballots that win substantial prizes! I appreciate their efforts to acknowledge and reward employees for hard work. HR seems to care about employees mental health and actively tries to promote a positive working atmosphere and team bonding.
I also love my supervisor who is professional, but easy to get along with, and is always willing to hear your ideas/complaints and is the first to jump in and help during difficult tasks. 

IM OKAY WITH 
Site management overall. There’s lots of room for improving communication between departments, and HPHs undefined and sloppy employee training. But issues are resolved surprisingly quickly, and most supervisors and managers are readily available to communicate or help when needed. 
Pay and benefits are fair, but not generous. But they do provide snacks, swag, holiday themed goody bags, and prizes for different things, which is a nice effort, but I’d still rather a higher pay check instead. 

I DONT LIKE 
The rate of change these days is out of this world! Several, big changes have happened in operations throughout my first year here, and it’s honestly hard to keep up most days. The volume of people required for day to day activities varies considerably so people are always being hired and fired, as well as temps coming in and out, it’s created a lot of anxiety amongst employees about job security. There’s also a high rate of turnover from technicians choosing to leave for a different job opportunities. Our departments work schedule has also changed dramatically, several times, in my short amount of time here. You have to be flexible, because you rarely get that “settled in” feeling, and always seem to be flying by the seat of your pants! 

Leadership is a joke
Ethics, don't expect any kind of fair treatment, don't expect human rights, don't expect adherence to any regulations,
Do expect to be bullied
Do expect harassment 
Do expect to be replaced by a foreign non-work permit worker who works under the table 
Do expect to be yelled at,
Do not expect any sort of structure 
Do expect management to be completely and utterly incompetent
My advice does not leave any other opportunity to work for this company,  they will chew you up and spit you out, constant turnover in all areas.

The work environment at High Park Company is excellent, professional, responsible, they continually improve their knowledge of work processes on the production line, they give weekly guidance to workers on safety, use of equipment and tools, on the proper use of work clothes, that is, they take care of every detail of the different tasks that are carried out in the work area, imply awards for the best workers and motivate them to give new ideas to improve the work environment as well as optimize production lines.

Too many grumpy negative people that are poison to the workplace environment. Toxic workplace, bad attitudes, hr coordinator doesn't perform fair investigations, they want you to do other jobs like machine op but not pay you accordingly for this type of work, extremely poor planning leaves employees with no work for weeks, mostly standing around being told to "pretend to clean" 
Workplace violence policy is a joke, people have been known to be aggressive and continue to work there. 

The CEO has an inflated salary which is hard to imagine in such trying times. They made a tactical business decision to fire 150 employees instead of adjust costs elseware. No perks unless your an exec. Very disorganized overall, they often jump the gun on projects and work before fully resolving what needs to be done to properlly implement.

The company has a huge problem in management. 
The Pay Sucks.
No Bonuses as promised.
A lot of broken promises and lies to employees.
Fire a lot of good people.
Maximum 20 cent raises annually.
Management does NOT care about their employees.
Morale is at an all time low with employees. 
Look elsewhere if you want to be happy.

Management constantly lies.
More managers than employees. 
Supervisor of shipping sees a transport backing into dock with its barn doors open and starts yelling that the load will fall out of trailer? Lol. Not a stich of experience in shipping receiving. The whole place is mismanaged with supervisors with ZERO experience. STAY AWAY

Toxic environment. 
Incompetent senior level management
Harassment and intimidation tactics utilized by plant manager & HR director. 
Leadership has no integrity. 
Stay away! 



Poor management at all levels! They treat their techs like trash and expect you to dedicate your whole life to them. Need an accommodation for family purposes? forget it. HR is NOT there to look out for the employees at all. Avoid at all costs, pay and work you have to do isnt worth the toll on your mental health.

.it the best thing happened to me that I had the chance to be member of this group I learn many things got good friends ship learning many things do most things in the floor
