I was in their commercial service division and it was a great place to learn. some days you would be inside doing power for small business's and  other days you would be hooking up a 25 KV cable in an E house. The company did its best to provide you with tools and consumables needed for the job and were very fair when it came time to replace a tool of your own that was broken on the job, they even replaced a co workers drill set after his service truck was broken into. The service manager was a great dude, first time I've ever seen a manager throw on a tool belt and help the team install lights so we could all get off early on a friday. The service foreman is wicked too, everyone that works there was . there was much variety in the work and it kept things interesting , the only downside would be working with there sister company guardian directional drilling. The one owner who works in the field is quite unpleasant , intellectually impaired and an absolute mess . thankfully its not every day you would have to work with this individual. Overall I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to learn a wide spread of different things

They had very knowledgeable journeyman's whom answered all my questions.
Pay was good.
Hours there was overtime mostly on out of town jobs.
I worked mostly their commercial division.
The company is good it attracted some of the best people in the business.
Lot of good caring, helpful guys.
Also one of the companies that does quality work.

Was moved into the estimating position from a sub Forman position with the help and guidance to grow and learn the software, proceedures, and ways to put together a successful bid with proper review and tactics. Working with tight schedules

The guys here are great, the days go by fast cause you're so busy and it's usually really fun. They weed out the bad workers pretty fast. Only downside is that it seems they have uneven pay standards for new employees, i was paid 20$/hr from start while other labourers who had been working there a while were at 17-18

however I' am about to finish school, and they have no work to return to

from beginning phases to finishing and device terminations 

I enjoy the trade day in day out, I had good teammates,

put a good day of productive work in and all happy. All jobs are out of office , so be fit and stay healthy, you are a construction worker so they like to see you at work every day, company's are going family way so work has flexibility in it. There are days life happens .

Working in a mostly commercial setting, bending conduit and working with 3 phase power kept me interested and motivated. i enjoyed working for and getting to know each foreman along with my day to day duties.

I ran a bucket truck and ran a service van. I enjoyed going to the different jobs and working at my own pace. I worked with a great set a guys who would help each other out all the time.

I was an equipment operator,  but i did dang near everything from laboring to operating to material transport. They are a good company to work for, and if you work hard and get along with co workers you can have a long term job.

The culture of this company is if you don't fit there mold or click. They find ways to blame other for there actions.  The owner yells and threats treats people vèry poorly.
