The manager of the this department was not good management material.   He didn't know how to lead,  showed favoritism,  didn't think problems through and was very quick to react.  This seemed to waste  a lot of money,  time and resources.   He was with the company so long that it seemed like this was the last department they put him so they didn't have to deal with him anymore.   We were a team of 5 but he did not have the team mentality.   I really wished it could have worked out but I couldn't handle working for someone like that.   

Positive:  I liked a lot of the people who worked there. 

Long hour, as I was driving to work from Saskatoon. Started work at 6:30 am to 5 pm. Learned how to operate a variety of air tools and exactly how the equipment worked. Management were open to listening to employees. Part of the job was difficult having to lift heavy steel beams to bolt on to equipment. Coworkers were friendly and supportive of each other.

Case New Holland is a good company to work for if you are a seasonal employee looking to fill your off months with work. Although the RRSP plan is excellent job stability is not.  The philosophy is driven by the numbers not by the employee.

My co- workers were very helpful whenever I needed a hand and the supervisors and management were very intuitive .Everyone treated everybody as equals

People here were very approachable, very visible and easy to deal with.

had to travel for 45 minutes to the work every day.

I am currently working in this company and they trained me in each field anywhere i want to learn. Management staff is very cooperative.

great people, managements are okay, the company treat the employee well, just the work hours are not great. Also the distance to work from Saskatoon is too far, especially in Winter time.

The company gave me opportunity to start my industrial carrier. I have learned about all process about steel fabrication

There are many fields to learn from this place , its a manufacturing company specialized in ready made clothes for children
