Highly organized organization that count much on the good standard of living of the seniors.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not really, It could only be challenging when multiple calls for help and have to please everyone. Families are there when you have to make sure you represent your organization and at the same time please the family and maintain your job with integrity

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Long term facilities. Comfortable Homes for the seniors. Homes that accommodate different culture.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everyday is typical day as much as I see myself at work with the seniors helping them, I am so exciting.

What is the best part of working at the company?
 Employees generally enjoy working with confident and effective. As a fresher, I thrive in environments where I can constantly learn new things and develop my new skills and knowledge.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
As I am working with that company I didn’t have any issues with the job because we all work together as a team.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everything is going well with timing.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
We have music for the elderly people which we all enjoy and dance with them.

This was my absolute favorite job I've had. My manager was very kind, but she made sure she was heard. My co workers made me feel like I had worked there for years, and were so helpful with any questions I had. The residents in HCH are all such sweet people, with lots to learn from every one of them. HCH manages to have a very homey feel to their establishment, while maintaining a very professional appeal. I would work there again in a heartbeat, most definitely.

Interacting with the residents while providing care for them and getting to know them better

I wouldn't say stress and you being there more you get better as the days go by

Work environment and culture was good during the time spent there

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Some times the residents don't want to come out bed but you have to a sure there they have to get ready so we can go for a meal

Saturdays can be very interesting because I get to learn many kinds of different things as a Volunteer. I learned how to give Medication to a certain patient. The whole home is maintained nicely, decent space, co-workers are cooperative and many more. Sometimes residents refuse to eat, take medicine, to walk etc which gets me a little head ache but it's OK with me because I like to convince them.
The most enjoyable part of the job is that I get to play with certain equipment or toys with the residents. They enjoy as well.

they attend to the needs of the workers. the place is really accommodating and staff relate to each other well.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
when administration didn't not replace a sick nurse

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
welcoming. they listen to the complain of the staff and fix it to the best of their knowledge

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
very conducive to work. also attend to the needs of the staff

Very busy schedule due to staff shortage and cuts backs, thus, there is an increased workload for current staff.

Work Culture - is okay, at times it can be difficult to approach the nurses about a problem because everyone knows each other so sometimes you don't get the help and support you need.

Overall, the staff you work with make the difference between a good and bad work day.

Typical day would be visiting floors of nursing home for any messages or if nursing staff needed forms provided. Checking if any one passed away, and inputting in medicare, anyone discharged or transferred to be inputted in Medicare. make sure lab forms for blood work are completed, Assisting PSW's and nursing staff when needed.

Productive, fun place to work. Excellent management and fun loving people to work with. I am so grateful to work at auch a wonderful, caring fun loving long term care facility. Holland Christian Homes feel like an extended family to me. I appreciate Holland Christian Homes family.

I've been working there from 2016 to now. As in any work environment you will find staff that's helpful and staff that's a bit in their own world. But if you go in with and attitude of work you will be ok. 
In my experience, management dose manage. As much as the staff may not like some of the changes that is being made, it's business. You just have to follow the rules and you don't have to worry.
