When I started working for this company, it was a friendly family-type work environment, you could ask anyone for help, and you would receive it with a smile. Very pleasant work environment.

Over the years I have worked at Holland, the GM changed, and the new one started firing all the old managers and sales reps and hiring new managers. None of the new management, would be able to help an employee with their work because they take no genuine interest in what any employee is doing.. unless they think you are doing something wrong. For example; One new Manager, walks around looking down his nose at everyone, peeking around corners like a peeping tom, trying to catch the good employees NOT doing their jobs, meanwhile the talkers and the time wasters, are 'model employees'. He has no clue how to manage, he could not do a single job in the WH himself. Yet the previous manager could and would, he was hot headed but knew when to apologize and knew when he had to pitch in and help out.

- No advancement possibilities.
- Very little to no training in any position.
- No forklift certification.
- no cross training even though they will promise it. 

The employees, in both locations, used to be happy and viral, now everyone looks like they've been whipped and so beaten down they can barely hold their heads up. There is NO team here anymore. Employees are quitting en masse, and most of them are actually good hard working employees that would be welcomed at most other companies. 

This new management has turned the whole company into an incredibly toxic place to work. Avoid working here, unless you want PTS Disorder.

The Owners are really nice friendly people, but I don't understand how they can not see what is happening right in front of them, unless it really is all about the Benjamins. But, unfortunately, you won't see any of those either.

This is fantastic place to work and grow your career.  The Management team is engaged and genuinely cares about everyone that works there.  I was amazed at the number of long term team memebers that were all engaged in the business.  That is a testiment to the culture and direction of the organization.  Although I am not there any more i have chosen to do due buiness with Holland in my new roll. I dont think you could provide a better recommendation than that.  

The work environment is very professional and the management is willing to listen and support the needs outlined by the IT department in order to bring about business value, support growing needs and the necessity for change, staying up to date and being in compliance.

The place wasn’t bad to work in just the people and the management is horrible.

Only thing I liked about the place was the supervisor and the breaks. 

Was an alright and mostly laid back job for not a lot of hard work. Didn't really need to stress about going to work in the morning. Break structure was honestly the nicest thing. I was given about an hour and I could pretty much split it up how I wanted to as long as I clocked in and out for them.

I worked here for about  a year, owner is very nice. My supervisor is professional, and I learned a lot from him/her. Pay is okay. Good benefits. Most staff are nice but few stay longer tend to bully new comers.

I really enjoyed working here until the last few months of my employment . I am not sure if I would recommend it at all. Some areas don’t recognize how hard you work. 

Enjoyed working. Easy working, but need to pay to special attention to lttle details. Comfortable working, Most of staff is friendly, but you can be unlucky too.

I have never worked at a more soul sucking company. You are expected to take on task after task, only to be asked why you're not done the work assigned to your role.
