There is nothing like going to work knowing you are going to be a part of making someone else's day great!  Staff are fun and relaxed but still focused and determined to exceed all expectations.  The camaraderie between staff, at all levels, makes for very happy work days and the day fly by! Home concierge is an organization which truly goes above and beyond to provide care for their members. They provide care for your loved ones and treat them like family. The staff provided has been phenomenal and really caters to all your needs. The organization has put their members needs and requirement's as their first priority and has always been there to provide support every step of the way. I had an incredible on-boarding and recruitment experience with Home Concierge. The administrative coordinator, regional recruiter, and concierge were extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Home Concierge really puts their team members first to ensure they are supported and happy.  Management is always present for the team and provides a cohesive culture. This company really wants to listen and understand your perspective when it comes to providing good quality service. Having the Concierge to answer any of your questions makes it easy to communicate with the office. The company does use different technologies to get in touch with other team members and the office, most of the technology can be used right from your phone. Throughout the pandemic all of your PPE supplies are provided so you dont have to worry about purchasing your own when visiting Members.

The management is  very supportive and always looking out for employee's best interest. They reward you for your hard work and always give you feedback. Nice & Friendly staff.  My Colleagues are understanding and logical. Work/life balance is great.

The Team is committed to providing Residents with seamless service through Concierge model. Good  communication channels. Reporting is 
more digitized and with the time. 




I’ve worked at Home Concierge for about 7 months now and it has been an excellent experience. The staff and team members are very supportive and understanding whenever I have any issues. The most enjoyable part of the job is spending time with the seniors who enjoy your company.
