If you're looking for a good place to work, home restaraunt is better than most. Sadly I had several problems while working there. Consistent bullying, for one, and when brought up to management, nothing was done. Similarly, I had my bank card, credit card and cash stolen out of my wallet. Nothing was done about this either. Had there been an attempt to right these issues, I may have stayed longer before quitting. It is a job that requires hard work, so domt go into it 3xpectong to have a smooth ride. Benefits are nice, medical and dental are included after 6 months, though for me the cons outweighed the pros.

Genuinely, the best restaurant I have ever worked in. The management was, without a doubt, one of the best I've encountered. They set an exceptional example of leadership, treating every employee with respect and fairness. They genuinely care about their employees, which makes all the difference. While the job had its challenges, such as handling busy rushes and difficult customers (which is inevitable in the restaurant industry), the supportive environment made these moments easier to navigate.

The people I worked with there were still in junior high mostly. I was treated like a outcast because I am from Alberta.I worked for them for over 4 years,babysat their animals and house for free,Then hurt my shoulder at work.The very next day they gave me my termination letter,in which I always heard was wrong,but according to comp I didn't have a case.

Bad experience as a kitchen manager. You are just a cook that places orders. You are micromanaged and not supported by fellow staff. Red sealed cooks don't bother with this place. What home restaurant does is a winning formula that can't be changed.

I have finally found a place to work that treats you like an individual and not a number. The management is fantastic and is very accommodating. Coworkers are all welcoming and fun to work with. Great opportunities to advance and refine your skills too. All around a wonderful place to work.

It is a good place to work for if you want to make some good money, but on the other hand it can be hard to maintain a work/life balance. It is typically short staffed and you’re left picking up the slack. 

I enjoyed working in the evenings, as being independent. Communication was to logbook. Start at anytime in the evening as long as the restaurant was clean by 6:00 AM. It only took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours on a 4 days pre shift. 

I enjoyed my stay! it was the first job I had, it provided me with lots of great experiences and a good work ethic. The employees made the work bearable when the bills were coming in fast. The food is great, always a bonus when going on break.

The summer is very busy but the winter it slows down. Very family oriented place to work and the teamwork is a blessing. I highly recommend this to people who like to work hard.

Very high energy, fast paced job. People and management are lovely, I didn't work there long enough to really get to know everyone. Lots of opportunity to make tips, summer time is crazy busy!
