Ive been working at this company for 2 years now and i can honestly say i couldn’t be happier than working here, from the fun and dynamic morning meetings to the beer and wing nights after work with the team, i really feel like this company treats me like family. The job listing for my position was misleading as it had not mentioned I would be walking 8 hours everyday (whether it's raining, blazing hot, or a storm) however the team energy is great as everyone is really friendly and very goal oriented. 

Unless you wanna work really hard waking up super early and walk 8 hours on the streets, the job is pretty tough and it's commission based too.

HSS feels like family. I've had a great time with them. I learned a lot about Direct Sales because lead generation was via D2D mainly. Lovely team, pay is shaky because they only do commissions. Base salary would have been nice. 

Great people to work with. Sales people are the delusional bunch so take that with a pinch of salt. 

A typical day at work would be waking up around 8 a.m. and getting yourself to the meetup point with your team. Your day would consist of fast-paced, intelligent conversations with customers about their house needs.

The work environment is good but with the way the job is conducted on the field, it is very stressful and not encouraging. They will train you daily but the job is also 100% commission  base 

Great group of people to work with, tons of opportunity for growth. I joined the company with absolutely no sales experience, they provide training in mornings and a fantastic service to offer.

Good place to work. Would recommend to people who want a start in sales. The team leaders there teach you skills you'll use in the job and even in your own life. Wish there was a base salary however 

Great experience for learning sales and leadership. Super awesome people/team to work with. Incredible environment for self-improvement and skill acquisition.   

Very time consuming, need great energy to carryout through the day. A typical day at work is scouting areas, converting customers, estimate workload and get paid.
