In general the company was managed based on unrealistic expectation with little empowerment and reliance on forcing things through rather than a systematic approach. Usually wrong people with the wrong expertise within IT (where I worked) at the helm and oddly enough their voices carried further than other. In general it’s a good company for someone to experience for 2-3 years but not the mistake I made. I think there are many other work places where one can move to and experience higher level of professionalism and advancement.

They mean well, but man oh man,

Toxic, aggressive, culture. Lots of yelling.

Toxic and aggressive. Systemic

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Huge meetings with all possible stakeholders. Talking over everyone. Chaos.

Pros:

Cons:
- high amount of work that leads to work overtime

Good location close to Union Station. 
Table tennis and pool table in lunch room, but at times stigma around using during work hours. 
Need the right manager to see career progression otherwise not much movement. 

Best workplace I ever worked in. The most enjoyable part of the job. Best Manager I ever had. Best Business and technical teams I ever worked with.   

Hybrid work available , the pay is pretty low considering the amount of work you do. No time to take lunches. Overall would not recommend if you have a family.
