What is the best part of working at the company?
Very flexible scheduling and on call always on top of covering shifts. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Typically working in a home alone but once you get familiar it’s no problem 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They make you feel appreciated and very caring from higher ups at company 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Going to my scheduled houses, taking care of clients and having a choice of schedule and clients.

HomeWell is well managed and a safe place to work. the company is very thoughtful of their employees and their safety. The people that run the company are reliable, friendly and its a good place for those that need to get their foot in the door and get some experience.
New clients to the company are well evaluated and made sure the work environment is safe for every employee and patient being taken care of. Working for HomeWell everyone is well taken care of family members, patients, and HomeWells hard workers from the office to the workers in the field.

The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new clients and allowing them to be a part of my life.  I have met some awesome people.  The hardest part of the job, is organizing my time to allow me to get to each client on time, but also allowing a break in my day.  The management team at HomeWell is excellent.  They take into consideration your availability and are understanding when you are unavailable for a shift.  Very friendly on the phone.

Productive and enjoyable workplace. I work alone as I was a live in and work alone. I work well under pressure and make decisions that are imperative and important to the client. I continue to grow with each client always willing to learn and improve my skills.

Management and the ladies in the office are nice and approachable. You’re assigned to clients from home to Long-Term facilities, for as long as they need you. Clients care are all different, from full service to companionship. I loved working for this company.

I dont have a vehicle, so my assignments are mostly downtown, bus routes



The pay is poor, the management doesn't know how to communicate and they promise you tons of hours and then give you the bare minimum. It's nice to work alone, because the office doesn't care.. even had someone show up in pajamas with no bra to give care. Unprofessional

Overall experience was fantastic. It was very professional and they explain everything to you into detail, and they gave me good insight on what I was supposed to do. 

Over worked, underpaid. Management  doesn't care or support their staff members. Staff are told they have retro pay coming and after 2 years of waiting and asking there's nothing to be seen (I'm out $800 now)

Fun to work in the company,they gave me fair clients/patients,I received an award which I am so proud of myself,working on different fields like home,nursing home,hospital.
