Hopewell Residential has a great legacy and track record as its foundation as well as a plan for growth.  A new management team has a clear viable business strategy and refreshed vision and values, all weighed in on by the entire company.  There is support for attainable goals and the resources required to deliver upon the plan.  Its a fun place to work and a tight knit team. The hardest part of the job is managing the pace of change, the volume and COVID related industry challenges i.e. supply chain shortages, with the natural ebbs and flows of the housing market and meeting customer needs.  

Working at Hopewell Residential has been an incredible experience. It's a dynamic and supportive environment that truly values its employees. The leadership team is forward-thinking and fosters a culture of growth and development. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement, and the company encourages continuous learning. I appreciate how the organization invests in its people, making it a fantastic place for career growth. Overall, it's a great place to work with a strong team-oriented atmosphere and a focus on long-term success.

Hopewell is a growing company with lots of potential for employees. It's a very collaborative environment that solicits opinions from all stakeholders in it's decision making process, making for a very inclusive feel. There's good work-life balance, but a fair expectation to meet deliverables and to be accountable to others. A culture of data based decision making helps remove the stress of competing priorities amongst teams and keeps everyone aligned. Fun get togethers with the team are a regular occurrence, albeit paused temporarily. 

Hopewell Residential is an excellent place to work -- there is a lot of opportunity for growth, learning and collaboration, and the work/life balance is great. The team is very smart and talented, with a lot of different backgrounds. Focus on customer and business is balanced, with very strong leadership and good workplace culture. Office is centrally located and beautiful, near lots of great lunch spots. 

Monday through Friday, hours are good and can be flexible.  Training was very laid back and thorough, patience is a great tool to have when learning. Hopewell is a diverse and welcoming Company, open to new ideas and ways of doing everyday tasks, management is very open and communicative.  Department heads and staff are patient and open to helping/teaching new staff. I enjoy going to work everyday as they give you the tools to do the job.  my only complaint is location and parking. 

This is a great company to work for if you have no ambition or further career aspirations.  The work life balance is pretty good but other than that everything else is meh.

Work-life balance is fair and respected. Hours are consistent and give space for activities in the evenings on weekends. The compensation and benefits package is very strong; I truly feel like I am getting paid fairly for the work I'm doing. Management drives a strong culture of collaboration and maintains an upbeat mood during meetings. Culture leaders in management are a strong factor in why I enjoy working here.

I really enjoy working here mainly due to my role and the people within the company. Everyone is very friendly and a team oriented. Management is attentive, knowledgeable and fun. They really do look out for you! Working out of the show homes there is not a lot of time spent in the office, but the culture in the office seems to be fun and positive every time I'm there :)

Working at Hopewell allowed me to expand my knowledge and experience in sales.  I enjoyed working with the team and left only because my area project ended, and I had to find work elsewhere. 
Management was very kind with giving me the heads-up about the closure of the area, but had no other project that I was needed.
Overall, it's a great, ethnically diverse company to work for.

I have been at Hopewell for over 10 years and have enjoyed the opportunity and challenges that have come along with the different positions I have held. The work-life balance and the companies ongoing efforts to be leaders in the industry keeps me excited to work at Hopewell.
