Preparing weekly & monthly reports for corporate safety team and submission to client

Work with safety and management team to prepare & present safety meetings, prepare material & attend tool box talks.

Prepare and complete incident reports and investigations in a timely manner

Perform regular safety tours/ inspections of the different work areas; ensuring workers are trained & utilizing appropriate training, equipment & documentation for confined spare, fall protection, etc. 

Track and document near miss and safety observations that have been submitted for trends

Perform new hire orientations for 2-10 individuals at one time

The physical aspect can be quite intense at times. A lot of climbing ladders, pulling cables, welding grinding ect.

Great atmosphere, AMAZING pay!! Caring and hard working team, fun atmosphere, great communication. Very safe and productive.  Lots of opportunity to try new jobs, advance, and very appreciative of employees work and efforts.

Safe working conditions and most issues were taken care of soon enough. Facilities are great and most equipment we used was in great condition. Work clothing issued was in good condition. Transportation is efficient.

Could be a good place to work if they would hire some positive thinking, personable managers instead of a bunch of back stabbing, lazy, union lovin', boiler makin', losers. 4/10 work day is da' bomb.

It’s a great company to work for.  A lot of work is out of town and it’s subject to swings in oilfield investment trends.  If your available to follow the work it’s a great company.  

Good company to work for. Skilled and knowledgeable management always ready to lend a hand.

10 hours a day, 14 days in a shift. Union pay, union rules.

Fantastic company, I would recommend to anyone if they have the opportunity to work for Horton CB&I, to do so.

Everyone there worked as a team to get the job done.  Various trades working together to accomplish one main goal.  To get the job done safely, Efficiently, and properly.

The work was plentiful.they kept my busy for 6 years straight.if you want good pay with good experience then they are a good company to work for.honest days work for an honest days pay.
