What is the best part of working at the company?
Not a lot of positives about working at HQ Toronto.  Long hours, okay but not competitive salaries, teams are isolated from each other, and management that micromanages.  Overall, great place to work if you don’t want to move your career forward.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of leadership.  When the top of the pyramid doesn’t know what they’re doing, that mentality just flows through the rest of the organization

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hustle culture. Everyone has to do everything as quick as they can. Employee satisfaction is an afterthought

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long, disorganized and not rewarding. Feels like we work in a factory. Employees are not expected to provide feedback, just keep their heads down and don’t question leadership

no room for career development; short staff always


though manager is nice, appreciative, and very accomodating with family care days off, good work life balance
