This company will call you and pretend everything is sunshine and rainbows the moment you apply, but don’t let that fool you. They only care about themselves and will disregard your hard work and passion once you make one simple mistake. They will have no problem terminating your contract or demoting you with no warning. Management is all over the place and can’t seem to take things under control. If you want to experience your high school years once again, I suggest you come work with them because the drama and gossip that goes on here is out of this world.  They hire uneducated people to take on positions of a higher tier and sometimes you wonder if this company is a joke. 

Worst place I have ever worked. If it wasn't for the wages, they d have no staff.  Use and abuse staff. Throw them away when they don't need you any more. Never follow seniority, take shifts away from senior staff without telling them and give them to new hires. Management is non existent and what we do ha e is incompetent. Unqualified, uneducated people are put in to positions they can t handle. Senior staff promote friends and spouses for supervisor roles. Ther is no room for growth. You will only ever receive a raise if you live in Quebec. Money dri en company with a complete disregard for staff.

The company could not care less about their employees. You can give them the world yet always pick their questionable favorites. Supervisory positions are filled from head office. Head office makes these choices following minimal interaction with the staff members. Usually making choices of staff with little to no experience. Meanwhile there is devoted and fully trained staff willing. Overall the company is a mess. One major flaw is their scheduling team. For example, staff will all of the sudden be taken off their shifts they have been working for months. 


It was fun at first, it was slow paced, eventually with more clients and management change it was chaotic. unless you agree to be moved around they will move you in higher positions otherwise  you are stuck at a low level position. If you told youre supervisor that someone was doing something wrong it usually was over looked. 
If you fell asleep you could get away with it, even if you snored.

Company lacks integrity, money driven.Professional staff disrespected,concerns ignored regarding licence, poor assessment skills of those who clearly are unaware of cno regulations and professional ethics.
Positions of higher ups given to those with minimal skill level & education ,management unorganized.
Some real concerns overall.

the company  is very well run, upper management  is never there as when  trained  youlnew you're job and were trusted. flexibility  for  time off, friendly  co workers. The job is very easy.

this would have been a good place to work if the management team treated everyone with the same respect. If you are a black person you are not allowed to speak and/express your concerns. 


Everything is perfect there according to me. But I want to grow more and want to manage things there as a manager. And I will never disappoint you if I will get the chance to serve in future.

Overall the work, the colleagues are amazing. You get to work with a bunch of great people. Pay was great for the role/responsibilities. However, communication from upper management not always the greatest. Often found out information from other people (clients) before management.

Great position with possibly of growth. Couldn’t complain about the salary. I had the opportunity to work with the vulnerable sector by offering advices and recommendations to help our clients.
