Culture and cleanliness are horrible. Many HR issues. They don’t care about the office employees , you are very replaceable.  The “Forman” who runs outback is very inappropriate and everyone in the office will know all of your business. I enjoyed the work but the office culture needs major work as well as the office environment and cleanliness. Also if you have any environmental sensitivities STAY AWAY ! 

Hunt is an excellent to establish and grow. If you’re looking for a career that is long and a work environment that makes you feel like part of a family, you’ve chosen the right place. For instance, most people in the managerial position have been there for 15+ years! 

Avoid at all costs. Terrible management with even worse safety  practices.  The workplace culture is very outdated and toxic.                                                                    

Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts.  Unionized.  Awesome benefits.  Great co workers and management are honestly the best I’ve ever dealt with in my 15 years of welding.  They treat you like a valuable member of the team. Always ! 

The reason wage expectations aren't posted is because you will be offered pay much lower than industry standards. If you are looking to run heavy equipment for $18/hr then you will like it here.

I was recently hired and so far my experience has been positive. The team has been welcoming and I appreciate the learning opportunity. Looking forward to gaining more experience.

Wouldn’t ever reccommend working here, the safety practices are non-existent and there is little to no way of advancing in the company, if you are looking to get into refrigeration I would suggest looking somewhere else.


The management is very easy going.  The work atmosphere is excellent with a bunch of good people around.  I never felt stressed  at all. I also used to get paid well. 

The supervisor is a very good person, sometimes he gets a little stressed but in general he listens and allows us to receive comments for improvement.
