Days run smoth. Cerw cheif is he helpful and available. New commers are coached and trained. Management is human and understanding. The salary was good compared to similar jobs.

The job itself is varied in task but there is nothing hard or strenuous to do. I liked it.

Hardest part is the heat. Work stations get unbearable during the summer, especially since having heat from a 5 tube grow light directly above your heat. Even more so if your work station is beside and oven.

Their insurance plan is noting to jump for joy. No glasses, no teeth...

Beware of cantine truck at lunch time. He sells rotten muffins and slimey soup!

- Carried out research activities related to thermo-forming simulations of fiber reinforced thermoplastic materials such as PEI/GF composite.

It was in that company where I did my first internship in Continuous Improvement.
I learned various aspects about my profession and I had the opportunity to work closely with a very knowledgeable supervisor.

It is a family run business and they treat you like you are one of the family. Couldn't ask for better bosses. A mixture of services available.
