What HR sells you on for culture and your tasks are not reality.  They try to portray it as a Corporatation but it is actually being run as a family business.  Hardwork and dedication get you nowhere except even more duties without being compensated.  Even as a salaried employee you are required to clock in and out and have a security camera in your face all day long.  If you are salaried you are expected to work lots of overtime but you rarely get compensated for it. 
Training is nonexistent and you are left to sink or swim.  

My start at Hydradyne was strong, got top wage which is maximum, no yearly increase for cost of living, benefits we poor, no work boot allowance. 

No room for advancement. Senior staff very knowledgable but if your in factory, there is no where to move within company unless you'd like to spend 10 plus years trying to get a couple extra bucks an hour. There was lay offs cutting 15% of staff. 

Poor management.

Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a career. A Job for short term but not somewhere to stay long term.

I am not trying to be a disgruntled employee, but it is very disappointing to see what is happening on the inside of this company.  A lot of great people but also disaster within management.  You can count one one hand some of the managers that are truly a gem, but most of the management is complete waste.  QC manager does not have any idea about quality and it's principles.  Can't even mentor the team.  Assembly always is fighting fires.   If you know how to lie and cover-up you will make it.   

I am not a disgruntled former employee, but there are certain things that are bringing this company down and that is why the turnover of employees is very high.  Some managers are a gem and some don't have any competencies to lead the department such as a QC manager.  Complete lack of knowledge of quality control, cannot mentor the team.  Will use scare tactics and be manipulative. Lead hands on the floor are great but stretch-thin.

there lot of growth opportunities for a career growth at company. company is expanding so getting more chance to learn new things.
Personally I like shift arrangements. team is very collaborative and support each other.  it is fast paced work environments but I like it. whenever I was working  I feel like I am working with my family .  If you got  a chance to work then grab opportunity, It is great company.

My typical day at work is preplanned and systematic.
I learned how to understand macros .Management is doing their job properly . 
The hardest part of the job is no hard job at all .
The most enjoyable part of the job are the continues support and cooperation of seniors there . 

working at a fast pace job always watching for quality on the job .
making sue the packaged product was out on time and always in good condition.

i have learned to always make sure quality is first and product to always be done on time 

always communicate with management and your co-workers 

working as a team 

the most enjoyment of the job and working with others and sometimes working by your self

All employees are very nice and quite helpful, friendly atmosphere. Moral seems to be a bit down on the Production floor,  for many reasons. Too many hands in the cookie jar, is one. 
I myself, loved it there, unfortunately had to move on for my own reasons. 
A nice clean sweep of HR and a few Management, then it would be one of my top jobs to recommend to anyone 
 

As a former employee i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.  You can go above and beyond for the owner/ self titled ceo and he could care less and dont expect a thank you. Even long time employees and floor leaders quit due to the lack of communication and compassion for the employees. Lastly Run as far away as u can.

Hydra Dyne is a fast paced environment with lots of opportunities to advance within the company if one works hard.  Every day is a new challenge with innovation at the forefront of the company.  Hydra Dyne is a very interesting place to work with something new everyday.
