I worked there through an agency and it was during the slow season so the managers were more engaged on making sure peoples attendance was on track. We had a bad snowstorm that rendered many people stuck and unable to leave their driveway let alone the unplowed neighborhood streets. I was given a strike against my attendance for not being able to come in even though at first they were understanding. Less than half the production team showed up that day but i was still given a strike. If you want to be treated like a child with strike systems like in baseball this is the right company for you. But in my case it could've been just the agency i was with. Apply at your discretion

Hydropool is a place you want to get out of asap. If your late 1 minute you lose 160$ on your paycheck because they take your covid benefits away. Otherwise it's basically minimum wage for the worst kind of work. Be careful, if you leave anything behind (including your work tools) they will go missing.

They treat you like your a child. Maybe there is a winter storm (30+cm) out of your control you can’t get out of your driveway and they have a heart attack. No RESPECT given. Remember people don’t have to do this job so start respecting people. someone’s late sometimes or can’t make it in because they don’t feel well, they get punished like a child. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great place to work and wish I had stayed instead of going back to school. Colleagues were nice and we worked well with one another. Hydropool is a company that will reward those who work hard.

Quantity over Quality if you need money and have no other choice than by all means work here but know it's not a good working environment with higher ups always pushing for more ..often times more than what your capable of..find a different place if possible. This place doesn't care.

the work is interesting but you never get appreciated for your hard work.the hr is not good enough and the manager doesn't care about anyone always being rude and ready to fire you if you refuse to follow orders regardless of any reason.

The hardest part about this job is when you try to go up to your supervisor and they realize your a person of colour, they tend to walk away and not do their job.

Hydropool is a productive and fun place to workEveryone was always very helpful and considerate within the workplace. They were very understanding when I needed help and with learning new skills.

Fun workplace and amazing workers. Only reason I left was due to school. Only complaint about this company was that I had to commute everyday and it was very far from my home.

Loved working with my team and engaging with people. It was a lovely, and safe environment. Working at Hydropool was an experience I would never forget.
