My first day in a working field is like a training ground with a great experience- It was an indeed a place where I learn how to collaborate well within team -multitasking skills, work ethics of punctuality and reliability, but the hardest part of my job is the lifting aspect while  the most enjoyable part is input of product code into the computer

first time i work with a company where people are rude and unhelpful. they want you to run the machine but don't want to show you. its not my fault people don't liike their jobs.  this company has many safety issues with ink and oiil leaking from machines on the floor and most people working there are foreigners and don't know their rights. just keep the machines and lines operating till they break down completely 

no room for advancement poor benefits, managements discriminates  a lot if you have a good education this is not the place for you; low pay poor benefits employees in the plant do not get the same benefits as other employess

The only bad thing here is RACE TO RACE there are a lot of same race who worked for a long time there and they only teaches their own kind and if you're not one of them they will just leave you alone . You will not learn how to run the machine until you get to run it . The work place is loud and sometimes dirty.

Hardest part of the job was dealing with a warehouse that was not big enough. Great co-workers and job security. Learned the shipping end of things after 36 years in production management. Typical day was very busy due to the space limitations.

Working at hymopack it was a fun friendly environment people are very good to each other
Just because I decides that it would be a very great change for me to look for another opportunity somewhere else, it doesn't means the company is not 
good.

Excellent work place. Diversity of employees from all over the world. Lead hand operators and Supervisors are interested in worker safety and in teaching production process. Worked long hours in a day so we could work only few days in a week.

I'm fully satisfied with the experience from Hymopack. The shift was twelve hour rotational shift, that is continental. Both night and day shifts. There was a one hour paid break. The management was so friendly and communicative.
