Hyundai Auto Canada has been the BEST company I have ever worked for to date. The management is very polite and understanding. The work environment is professional yet non stressful. You have to be on time every day or you lose your job which I respected. You are free to leave at 5 PM. Benefits are 100% covered and RRSP contributions are 50 cents to your $1. As a manager you get a company car and fuel card. Lots of mile stone celebrations and summer picnic parties. 
The company environment drives you to give your best performance. I really loved working for Hyundai.

Working at Hyundai Canada has been a challenging experience. While the company has a strong reputation in the automotive industry, the management can be quite difficult to work with. Their approach often leads to unnecessary stress among team. 

There seems to be a significant lack of empathy from leadership, making it hard to communicate concerns or seek support. This environment can be quite draining, affecting overall job satisfaction. While the work itself can be rewarding, the management style detracts from the positive aspects of the job. 

Overall, I would caution potential employees to consider these factors before joining the team.

Very professional working environment. You are expected to be on time and leave on time. the corporate culture is very comfortable and  you don't feel any stress. You don't need to work after hours or weekends unless you have an implementation or an outage. All levels of management including the CEO were easily accessible. Hyundai created an amazing environment that employees. They also provided 100% benefits with a better than market salary.

The culture at Hyundai is second to none. This is a work space where everyone is accepted, and everyone is focused and driven towards working on excellence & achieving goals set for the year.

Working for Hyundai's Customer Relations team is practically rewarding. We have established a culture where everyone relies on one another, we trust each other and we help each other. 

I enjoy every moment I am at work because it feels like home.

Hyundai is fantastic, you get what you put into it. If you work hard, money will come. Management is what drives this place, they are always looking to help and work to see you grow as a sales professional. I highly recommend this job to any sales person looking for an exciting, rewarding job.

Great place to work, great team, good environment.  They reward initiative with more work, but pay is good.  Execs respect and trust the common people.  Just need a better balance of life/work and more opportunities for advancement.

Male predominant work environment, management was not suitable for position, no one was properly trained. I felt belittled daily.  They fired people without reason several times so I didn’t feel secure in my position. I was laid off during COVID

Any other manufacturer is better than this place. If you are not buddy with HR you will go nowhere.
HR wants to have puppies surrounding them People who don't agree with things but say YES to make HR happy.
