Responsibilities included:

	Getting access information from TS Owners for all SOX Significant Applications across all LOBs of TD’s global network, running scans on servers/databases/apps and validating with HR Feed to find inappropriate access levels and undesirable accesses on live network with zero downtime, work in tandem with Technology team at SOC / College Park to ensure each phase of the project was completed with 100% accuracy and reports submitted to VP Technology Solutions and his team

	Set up of Virtual Control Office (VCO) using resources from different levels in the bank to draft and finalize regulations, processes and systems that will ensure best practices to be followed for access management across the bank, interviewed and hired technology and PM resources to ensure deliverables remained ON TIME always, maintained risk mitigation plans, put emergency access restoration processes in place for any access removed in error, arranged cross training of technology team to ensure the iCUP Program can independently manage all tasks

Qualifying Fast to Avoid Wasting Sales Team, Motivating Prospects, Selling to People Outside Your Comfort Zone, Reaching Decision-Makers Through Voicemail, Gaining Commitments Instead of Closing and Having fun with customers on the job.

Management does not know how to create a welcoming environment for employees. Solutions to problems are given but no actions are taken. Day to day could be either way to busy when colleagues are away or not busy when all colleagues are there. 

Great helping out while company was converting from JD Edwards to SAP software which I had experience in both.

Associates were very appreciative for me helping out during vacations, documenting procedures etc.

Loved working with the public and other sales and leasing employees. I made buying a car a great experience by making the customer feel comfortable and not pressured.

Work was very casual for this position. Expect to be working strange hours of the days including Saturday morning. When you're at work though, its a fun place to  be

Good place to work with caring uppermanagemnt. Free pizza lunch occasionally. Good group of people and supportive. Would recommend to people floating or looking for a career. Advancements possible

this position was for 7 weeks

the main reason I was hired was to deploy desktop/laptop and install s/w on several computers

horrible management, they treat you like trash and not worth the pay. They will make you work over time and your time is not appreciated, they are all very rude

Great tem and caring bosses, however the payplan is not great. It takes too much time for a sales associate to get enough delivery’s with delivery delays
