Each day is full of opportunity and chances to make oneself a solid monthly salary.  Each client is a potential sale as no one walks onto a car dealership to simply browse. The management was key to the stability of the lot and its employees as they showed us first hand how to approach and close deals as well as handle the paperwork end of a leasing agreements, loans, etc. The coworkers were great however there wasn't much time to engage with each other as people were always on the prowl for a potential sale. The most difficult part of the job was the fact that if you don't close you don't get paid. However, on the flip side the best part of the job was that when you'd close, you got compensated respectfully.

Busy with just about every aspect of the business,
I wanted to move into a sales management position and it wasn't possible there.
My position was secure there I just wanted to move to sales mamangement.
The staff there is awesome and great to work with as well as the ownership.
Nothing but good things to say about my time there.

the dealer ship is a place of its own , you see how the world works today with new cars, very easy to work with great cars but not the most enviromental job around. not allways work for everybody, and their systeme with the computer is difficult to follow at first for the mecanics.

The culture of the company is one of inconsistent treatment of its' associates. They do not practice or promote a healthy work environment. There have been endless associates treated poorly and disrespectfully. Management should be held accountable for their actions.

great staff and environment all around, self paced, open work space, everyone works on their own assigned tasks but also helps each other when they need to.

Going to work , getting all the equipments ready to wash the cars . What i learned at this job was it gave me a little customer service expierence to smile at the customers and greed them in most friendly manner

It was an alright place to work just not for me. Hopefully next time I go there I will be the customer buying the vehicle :) Sherwood park though is definitely the best

Great people with great staff. They seem to care about you as a person and that you matter to the company as a whole. I would recommend them overall.

Not a great product.. But busy shop...unorganized management... Not a well stocked parts department... Friendly staff... High expectations to stay late
