Good place to work and earn good money. Physically demanding, but worth the effort.
Pros 1. Good management, always trying to improve on safety and processes.  
2. Great pay.  
3. Good team of people. Willing to help new comers.  
4. Safety shoes, winter jackets and all safety PPE provided for free.  
5. Seasonal contests and goodies distributed every year.  
6. Management with a positive attitude towards employees concerns.  7. Hardwork is always appreciated. 
Cons.  
1. A few always complain, chit chat and always interfere on our work.  
2. A few always talk behind our backs and always complain about other coworkers to lead hands and management. 
3. Unhealthy work environment. Asphalt fumes, fibreglass, dust, oil etc. 
 4. You are supposed to watch and learn. No specific training given during initial days. No clarity on tasks and responsibilities. Seniors always try to make new joinees work more
 5. packaging operators are made to run for everything and for everyone at the same time while managing the line. 
6. Mangement should discourage those who are always complaining.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The pay is decent. There is not much else good about the company

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having to work with a bunch of unqualified, unmotivated coworkers who bring nothing skill wise to the job

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Its not a good environment at all. Risk of cancer, contantly breathing in asphalt fumes and other chemicals. The company is a hazard. The culture is to give hard workers more work and let the slackers do nothing. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Im grateful I dont have to work there anymore. While I was working there, I felt constant stress working with a team co workers who couldnt do their job. 12 hour shifts take a toll on the body. The company has one of the worst schedule rotations ever made. You could never feel rested because of the constant change of night shift and day shifts.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I got to meet good people, know the family history

No stress ,  the company values each employee opinion,  supervisor management always willing to help.

It is very good environment, culture is always safety first that’s number one 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My day is always trying my best to get the best out of my team as well as making quality products.

Work was boring and non challenging most days. Lots of hours sleeping in the truck. Wages are nowhere  near what similar industry is paying and benefits are meager at best. No pension plan to speak of and basic medical/dental. Just came off of an 8 month lockout. Company doesn't care at all about their employees.  I didn't go back

Pm program, update new project, troubleshooting for break down. 
Plc, robot, vfd, motor, conveyor, burner, different electrical instrument for production precessor control. It is nice palce to work, have good team, troubeshooting is big challenge, I feel very happy once I fix the problem

Great group of people and the superintendent is very nice and easy to talk to. They treat they’re hard working employees the same as the people that put in absolutely no effort at work 

i would arrive at work go to my work statiion and watch my machine along with 2 other workers.. very easy work with attention needed.. people were good and i was treated fairly.. was let go  for unresonable reasons  by the hr office lady .. and thats why i give a low review on the job

Good and relaxed place to work! We all get along well, and work together. You can ask anyone for help when you need it. Many times using production people to help when needed. 

Manager is basically non existent, doesn’t know the names of employees who have worked there for 10+ Years. Crew is solid other than a few rats. Pay is fine but benefits are laughable. Home/ work balance is best part of job. No issues getting time off. Work is not overly difficult and always help when needed.

It's fine as long as you don't get sick or have a medical condition!!! Or they will get rid of you in a heartbeat!!!! Those people are like Putin!!! They don't value you as a employee or a human!!!! If you have a medical condition!!! You have been warned!!!!
