I was hired there to work and was trained and learned, asked questions, did all I was told to do and one day at the end of the week, just learned I was fired for no reason at all.
No notice, no training on what I should do to better my work or what I should change, they never told me any warning before.
Yes I did some mistakes but I was new in the team, which is normal and plus we all changed our way to do things, which made the team make no more mistakes during the rest of the week, so when I learned I was fired it was a shock for me.
It’s so easy to understand why they struggle to keep their new employees, because they dont take ownership for leading people to help them grow their skills and give them flexibility like other companies do.
True leadership would be helping people by training them and showing them what they should change and unleashing their potentiel instead of criticising new people and putting all the responsibility on them.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Friendly co workers , not really much else. Due to their systems 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The push to have the que done and not have enough people on the phone to deal with calls. Or have a system of half on the phone and doing the que and the other just the que.   Then switching either in the afternoon or next day.  As it is almost impossible to have the que cleared and deal with the phone lines when barely anyone  is on the phone. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful  and made into a overly competitive situation 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Getting yelled at by customers and shops. And pushed to have over 100 files done .

What is the best part of working at the company?
The benefits. The work place is a toxic 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management.  Office manager  work ethic is horrible.  Her moto is " work smarter not harder" then passes her work on to the rest of the employees. Then texts on phone not work related 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There are very biases.  Ex. A temp was hired and he quit after 1.5 days because the staff talked about his identity 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful 
Heavy workload
Not enough people trained properly

It is a fun place to work if you don't mind manual labor and crawling into damaged or totaled vehicles. Management can be a bit fussy sometimes. But if you keep yourself busy you'll be fine. If you don't know how to do something you can always ask questions and the people responsable will answer them for you, no problem.

Worst Management team I have ever worked for. Daily threats, set up to fail, always upset employees, literally yelling and disrespectful discipline tactics in front of fellow employees. No Management skills anywhere except the dispatch team. Tow and Storage department  lacks all. The turnover speaks for itself!

Job itself is fine. Easy enough. Biggest thing is do not expect to go anywhere in this company. Coworker had been there 15 years and had a 50 cent raise... Above minimum wage... (This is specifically for yard attendant position)

Management is seriously lacking, they hire and fire like crazy! Plus toxic environment overall if you are dying for a job long term is unlikely due to many factors… But give it a try if you must. 

Place is great to work for however management is lacking. Good hours and room to grow in company but very competitive. Make sure you don’t let the person hired with you to do the same job micro manage you 

Overworked with no reward from employers. Hardly shows any appreciate for the work that youre done. Would not recommend working here because it is too stressful
