Not a great place to work. 

While I get along with my colleagues who are supportive, the management can't seem to do the same. Instead of providing proper training, they expect you to figure it out most of them time. Expect no growth in the company as it is currently a dead-end position. 

Management also can't seem to hire the right people nor be able to treat its staff well as there is a high turn-over rate at this place. About 5 people were laid off this last month alone. Stay way from this company and look for better opportunities elsewhere.

The Company is amazing to work with, both Management and coworkers.  An excellent relaxed environment!  People treat each other with great respect.  I loved and looked forward to going to work everyday!  Really missed the company!

ICON is not your typical work place, definitely very social and opportunity to meet people from all fields. They have some very high end clients and so far I've gotten some amazing opportunities to work with companies I never thought I would work with. Looking forward to what comes next!

ICON has a great name in the large format print and digital signage business. They have many great, well-known customers covering a wide array of business types - retail, automotive, education etc.

Icon seems great at first, but is poorly managed. People get promoted based on time there, not on their ability. Very poor communication within departments. Everyone is made to feel that sales people are only ones who matter.

Icon has a great team who welcome you with open arms. It's easy to get along with everyone and they know how to celebrate the good times. It was a great experience working there overall.

My overall work experience at the company ICON, wasn't as bad. The staff were friendly and easy to work with as a team. The management always kept us motivated to reach our work goal for the day.

Very Stressfu place to work. Lots of backstabing. Everyone is looking out for themselves place stabs you in the back but wants a 120% from you but dosnt give back fairly.

Easy work for good pay.  Management is not great.  Not very respectful.  Busy working environment.  Kind of boring sometimes.
