Dealing with customer issues on their bills, and also worked with updating information on their file. We had day to day with inbound calls,  We had our co-workers that helped when needed and supported each other.  When I finished a call and I knew that the person was happy that everything was resolved that gave me great pride

This was a good company to work for. I worked with some pretty great people. A typical day meant getting told off in fine style by customers as well as threatened. It was all apart of the work day. HAHA. We had lots of laughs with coworkers. Made a lot of friends working here, and some I still associate with today. Too bad this company closed it's doors in our area. If this company every re-opened in my area, I will defiantly apply again.

ICT Marketing provided me with the basics of a Customer Service Representative job. They gave me the trainings that i needed to face and respond to the customers'queries and provide appropriate solutions to their mortgage situations. 

The management is so supportive that i was able to explore my other job capanilities.

First of all the ad is a lie. They do not offer paid time off nor do they match RSP contributions. Management doesn’t care about you no matter how committed you are to them. Countless unpaid hours on the road (12 hours to jobsites and 12 hours back for days off UNPAID) Their “union” they are with is absolutely useless, furthest thing from a union. 

Fun and fast paced, this company was very professional with opportunities for advancement and great feedback. The skills acquired have enabled me to reach out and apply for additional employment.

I found the staff nice but at times took forever to get a manager to come help when needed. At times it felt rushed and there was a constant pull to only be so long on a call, however it is difficult to do that when you're trying to help someone as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Work was easy. Same as all call centre jobs. Advancement within company you had to do a bit of begging to get the right position. Wages was not great. Benefits were good. Management was lacking knowledge and common sense.  Was not a 24/7

I went for my internship which was fantastic and would like to work there in future if any vacancy in accounting and payroll. Fantastic team, very good communication among team members.

Even though the calls were to the States, the fellow workers made the job amazing. The site supervisor in Lindsay was the best. Once the American companies pulled their contracts, the site went downhill.

I loved it there I am amazing with customers I solved alot of issues with irate customers and I love my job there but unfortunately they closed so we were all let go.
