A typical day at IDEA started at 7:45 am and ended at 5:15 pm. IDEA Public Schools has a great workplace culture. Most employees are work motivated. All together they work as a team even if they are from different departments. As a new employee, it may be a bit overwhelming but you get to love it if you are a person that loves to stay busy. They have daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals as teams and as individuals. Definitely, a place to work at if you are ambitious, hard-working, goal-oriented, and work great individually and in teams.
