A typical day at work is well-organized and productive. Each day begins with reviewing tasks, preparing tools, and coordinating with team members to ensure everything runs smoothly. The workflow is structured, and there is always clear communication between departments, which helps us complete our assignments efficiently and safely.

During my time here, I have learned a lot about precision, teamwork, and the importance of following technical drawings and procedures. I have improved my skills in mechanical assembly, tool handling, safety practices, and time management. Every project gives me an opportunity to learn something new and enhance my professional abilities.

The management team is supportive and approachable. They provide clear instructions, encourage teamwork, and are always ready to help when guidance is needed. They focus strongly on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, which creates a very positive working environment.

The workplace culture is respectful and cooperative. Everyone works together as a team, and there is mutual support among colleagues. Safety and quality are always top priorities, and this creates confidence and pride in the work we do.

The hardest part of the job can be maintaining high precision and focus during detailed assembly tasks, especially when working under tight timelines. However, this challenge also helps us grow and become more skilled and efficient.

The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the final assembled product and knowing that our teamwork and effort have contributed to a high-quality result. It is satisfying to be part of a team that values professionalism, safety, and excellence in every task.

The good things about working at this company don't outweigh its detriment to your overall health.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The bullying that the company let's people get away with.
It has a very toxic culture and they would rather wait for you to quit than do anything about it. Consider some place else.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Incredibly toxic. The work itself is pretty rinse and repeat, but it's the people you work with that make it difficult. Undermining, micromanagement, group bullying, gossip mongering, rumor spreading and at the end of it they'll blame the victim.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The tasks were routine, but anything that requires communication suffers due to middle management with insecurities that are gunning to get you fired if you prove more capable than them. You'll finish your tasks no problem and then you'll be spending much of the time documenting what you do to ensure you're covered from the lies people try to spread about you.

When I joined the company, I had high expectations and was eager to learn and work hard. However, it didn’t take long before I became disappointed. I struggled with the middle managers’ sense of authority, and there was a constant culture of simple, repetitive tasks, unequal distribution of work, and jealousy among coworkers. The middle managers had no interest in mediating these issues; they were only focused on protecting their own positions. I never felt any sense of belonging in this company. It was a waste of time, and there is no future here.

The company offers a good compensation package, reasonable work hours, and plenty of overtime opportunities. However, the experience is often affected by middle management and supervisors. Many employees feel that some supervisors display poor attitudes and, in certain cases, discriminatory behavior. Most workers would likely share similar concerns unless they have a close relationship with management. From my experience, Carol and Abdul are among the few supervisors who have consistently been professional, respectful, and supportive

This is one of the best companies in the world.

No stress actually. Only the physically working stress. No mental stress at all.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Respectful. Everyone is Nice to each other.  No rush. Safety first. Quality over quantity.

Flexibility of the shifts and RRSP complementary.

In my opinion, there is no stressful part in this company.

Good environment, people very friendly. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Usually the day is very busy, but no one pushes you and when the leadership gives you a task it just hopes that you will finish on time.

Great place to work, good opportunity for growth if you work hard, and a pretty laid back atmosphere which definitely motivates its employees. They like to try to hire within first which is great. Only draw back would be the work life balance. There is a strong belief that working in office is better for some reason, which is not the case.

The job's pretty easy, but you gotta pace yourself. Some folks speed through and use the extra time for personal projects, while others like to take it slow and enjoy smoke breaks. Then there are those who just want to clock in their hours. The company pays for overtime, so no need to rush and risk getting hurt.

I worked lots of places in Canada. But I think this company is the one of best places I ever work. And I have to enjoy working with this company. Good working environment, Friendly people, specially this company thinks about their employees. Really enjoy with this company. 

might be an okay place to work if you’re the right fit for the workplace culture, wasn’t the case for me and going to work was just painful

lot of rumors and bad management decisions resulting in extra work for warehouse workers when i was here so get involved at your own risk if you get hired
